I have no idea about teaming on ol' addy there, I solo'd him at 36. I heard Babbage spawns in Boomtown, but I can't find the guy.

i honestly don't know if they do or not. My current badge count i think is 72... i'm not sure if I have anything + or not.
Officially, Unveiler is for 100 fake nemesis. I just beat it this morning.
I think Clockstopper is for beating Gears. Not the named boss, but the little things that come out of a Prince after you beat him. I have a badge that is progressing that says "Defeat the Clockwork's animated gears to earn this badge."

Restrained, Entangled and Imprisoned are related to being held/immobilized/mezzed in some fashion yourself, not holding others. My tank got all three it one shot by being mezzed and then waking up. Can't give more details, sorry.

These are based on total time spent in these states. I believe certain states count more than others, as putting on Rest for three hours straight was not enough to get me the third badge, but on a different copy of my character 3 Holds from a madness mage at level 11 got me to the second badge.

Not ONLY based on this but as well- the time spent keeping OTHERS in these States. I have all 3 Badges and have never been held myself- It was for those whom I held.
Total Badge count: 63 (would be more But I'm only level 38)

Babbage is spawned as a result of the STeel Canyon TF
i think what he's saying is now babbage and adamaster spawn in BT and DA respecitvely. I looked though and didn't see him.

I'm lvl 23 and it was Piper Irving in Talos Island that gave it. It wasn't an arch at all but a single mission (although I had already completed the wheel of destruction story arch) hope that helps
Babbage is a spawn in Boomtown. All hazard zones have a monster spawn. It is quite rare. He is a part of the Synaose Tf which is Skyway. Your claiming it to be Steel shows you know nothing.

Babbage spawns in Boomtown for the TF, and also randomly in Skyway (where I've fought him twice).
The game ends at 50.

He supposedly spawns in Grenadier Village. I ran around there one day for a few hours and never spotted him. I would assume he is just as random as Adamastor.

Yup! Counts up everytime I destroy gears but not for any other Clockwork, cant give you numbers yet, haven't defeated enough.

I dont know about rest, but I do know that after using Adren Boost so many times I got the 1st badge shown here due to my being drunk so darn much!! I was walking around all drunk & next thing I know WOW!!!! I got a badge!!

Spelunker : Gotten on a single mission, rescuing the Fortune Teller from the CoTs, down in the caves under Perez Park, at lvl 9. 
The 3rd Dark Astoria Badge "Dark Mystic" can be found on a rooftop of a cinema theatre on the northern border of the "Dido's View", west of the small "gab".

You got it reveresed [censored]. Those times in skyway he was for the tf since he spawns after the Defeat the CLockwork Lord mission is finished since only the clockwork king remains and Babbage is his right hand. The last three missions spawn in Skyway. Always have.
