    Sorry but thats like a granite that lowers all of their shields every 2 minutes... and lets not forget PA has a little bit of trouble with keeping all the aggro of larger mobs.
  2. Well, it is possible that you have stealth suppressed from attacking something earlier in the mission. That's all i can think of. But there are quite a few things that see thru stealth, like drones, it is likely carnies are one of them.

    I guess i dont quite understand PA, isnt there a decent amount of time when you are summoning the pets when they wont be out? So its really not possible to actually make them perma, and against some of the tougher stuff a few seconds is plenty of time to die.
  4. Mu is better; -dmg is hopefully useless you should have problems dying. Not to mention everything should be dying so quickly DN is only up for a few seconds before anchor dies. Oh, and soul tentacles pretty much sucks.

    Ball also does more dmg that oblit, think base is 10 dmg higher which ends up being 70 dmg. Fences, in AoE it does better DPS than burn. But it has the definite downside of -kb.

    When i first started farming i believe it took my 6min to cap, when i moved into mu with no change in set i went down to 4min. Granted that was very long time ago before FE and burn buff, and i generally just sucked.

    Strength of Will

    its generally a one slot wonder (+3% def proc is good in it) but if you have the slots i like to put reactive in there for s/l/e/n def.

    AE Survival Map

    Mauk....i love this mission. It's amazing, its tough but not quite too tough. Just gotta know what to kill first/last (like those bosses with the stun) and keep on your toes.

    Anyway, gonna get back to playing. Afraid to try +4...

    But yeah, think castle said it was a bug awhile ago...and we all know what happened to him though :P
    I personally think it needs to be this way, if it wasnt rage would be nearly incompatable with sets like /SR. (yeah yeah, you get insp but still)
  8. franking with procs and end/rech would be pretty good i would guess. Most of the time i see 6 slot oblite for the def though.

    Plus, imho TA doesn't really add that much survivability to the user. I love the set, but something like dark/ traps/ etc etc would add much more noticeable survivability.

    Thats a VERY good point and something thats often forgotten, i know an SS/fire that can't even farm +0/x8 (and he keeps setting it to +4, its really just plain old sad) yet i know plenty of uncommon combo's that are still pretty good in the hands of a good player. Like a nrg/fire brute, WM/inuv, fire/mind blaster, all sorts of stuff that should either die or be slow as ****.
  14. Purple insp, they rain down like candy when farming. Your better of trying to soft cap s/l and get more +rech.

    Yep, gloom and dark oblit. During normal content that’s plenty of AoE as it takes out minions/lts, and adds quite a bit of survivability, and fences SUCKS in normal content for SS plain and simple. Not to mention it’s made evident by numbers posted by FE in the best farmer thread that soul can hold its own against mu which is something that surprised me for sure but is true. So i guess i just recommend making a content centered build and just farming with that.

    Either way, this is one of the best hybrid builds I’ve seen and it will do fine. Just loving that FS slotting
  15. Dont ever slot for fire def, ever. Why dont people understand this? is it really that hard to understand? And use soul, its not too bad for farming and WAY better than mu in normal content. Really interesting FS slotting, i had never thought of that before.
  16. Couldnt they just remove the dmg from these powers? In fact when it mentions "most damaging attacks" i actually thought that meant it didn't work in stuff like dmging sleep powers.

  19. I dont see why you are posting this one at a time rather than waiting until you have enough that you can add you can add to your arguement.
    Honestly, right now your just using up a slot on the first page that can could be used for something else.
  20. Just like to mention the pet dmg cap is 400% counting the 100% base. And i also recomend making the toon as a scrapper.
  21. Whipped this build up. Soft capped and 45% +rech it uses 1 kin combat though. However, the end isn't very good, and only 4 mag -KB (which works for most everything, but still)
