For the most of the time, when I was addicted to CoX before I quit the game(now I'm back... sort of...), I didn't get Fitness pool =/ Just so you know xP

You really don't need that much recovery when you're trying to kill a guy and run away from the site.

That's what I had in my mind, so I didn't really need to take Stamina =/ (Maybe Health for Numina/Miracle uniques, but even this was very seldomly taken choice for me)

Well since most of my wealth is gone =/ by taking a long break from CoX while my expensive IO's and recipes being on WW/BM,(yeah it still saddens me =/) I'd have to make a cheap one.

But I don't like having a defense based brute, eeek.

Guess I'll just have to wait till I get some more infamy/drops =x

If you don't mind, can you post that "A very expensive and well built Invln" build?

LMAO if you were asking about -ONLY FOR AE FARMS- brute, then that would be much much much x trizillion times cheaper.

They don't have taunt. They have confront.

Taunt is ranged AoE, but confront is ranged single =x

Big difference. (though it wouldn't really matter in pvp xP)

That is a difficult decision. I think it will depend upon what you are planning on going against.

Stuns may work on squishies for a while in PvP, but due to the new system with diminishing returns, I'm not really sure nrg is worth it anymore. But, I have not tried an nrg in the new PvP.

Rage is just awesome, and provide the damage bonus for the pool attack powers I am sure you will take. The to-hit certainly is nice as well against defensive sets.

Hmmmm I thought Scrapper's WG was single ranged target =/ Don't think it'll work that well with Burn unless you decide to make a Brute =x

Well... PvE builds with a self-rez power seem to be a waste to me(and it means the other way in PvP builds), so I'd agree with Hindenburg on giving it up.

And maybe CP(or Burn if you think you're fine with CJ for Immobilize protection), since you have Stamina and Consume.

Well.. I've always been a fan of Spines/Regeneration Scrapper, so... I'd recommand that =P

Well =/ those decays are one of my reasons for deactivation five of my accounts =/ (only one is activated right atm. =x well the main reason would be that I don't really have time to play, though xP)

I've always wanted just one server where the game would revert back to i2 or i3 where there weren't damage, defense, resistance, target caps, where Spines/Regens were gods, where people actually played the game. I think the Devs would be surprised how many people enjoyed Tankers farming and people playing it old school.

Well.. BS has more base dmg plus if Katana can be proc'd correctly, why can't BS be too? =/ That's why I still fear BS more =x plus you won't be hitting that many times anyways so I don't really count the cycle considering the activation time and recharge =/

My build isn't all that tight if I give up my personal preferance on slotting a lot for SJ and SS =/ (like 3-4 slots each =x) Guess I'll just have to test it =)

??? With Build Up and some hard hitters, Katana can put out some heavily front-loaded damage. What's your definition of burst? What DOES put out good burst damage if not Katana? (I'm no PvP guy, so if I'm being totally retarded, please forgive me.)

Katana still does very respectable in pvp, and from a villain standpoint, I'd say I fear Katana ALOT more than Broadsword these days. The Katana just has to be built well and played well. Also, Regen is pretty much the only secondary worth noting in pvp these days for a Scrapper, unless you wanna only come out and fight when Elude or Unstop are up..

Yeah, you'll be fine with Claws/Invuln. The scrapper combinations are very nicely balanced in PvE these days. There are better and worse choices for various objectives, but there are no clear winners and losers.

I have a theory that Katana/Shield can achieve the highest DPS with billions of influence spent, but I haven't worked it all out yet.

Some told me to add another slot in placate on my build (which already is 3 slotted)

Two rchg and two rng, that's what they've recommanded.

I really had no real problem with 3 slots(2 rchg and 1 rng) before I took a break from CoX, but I have no idea how's stalker PvP going right atm, so....

I'd like to get a bit of tips, if you guys don't mind sharing =)
