Regen in PvP is amazing, in my opinion. Very hard to kill and if you grab Shadow Meld from Ghost Widow's Patron Power Set, it melds VERY well with Moment of Glory.
Also, yes, it's called Heal Decay. You have to wait eight seconds for your next heal to do AS MUCH as it previously would. Which is rarely a problem since your main heal doesn't even recharge that fast.
But once again, in my opinion Regen is one of, if not THE best option for a stalker in PvP, right now.
If you're looking at zones, it's a very solid choice. Look at picking up some extra perception to cover all your bases, though.

Yea, lack of perception is one of Regen's large and glaring holes. You can pick up Tactics from Leadership to deal with this, but it's going to cost you a power pool choice elsewhere, which can be really tough.
I prefer my staminaless wp over my staminaless regen in pvp. The wp gets more kills but the regin never dies. In the end it really comes down to more offensive or more defensive playstyle and which you prefer.

This kinda doesn't make sense to me isn't your secondary keeping you alive while it should be your primary that determines your kills. So here's a question, What was your primary for both your regen and WP?
My Will Power is Energy Melee. I haven't made a Regen yet. But if I was going to make a Regen, I would use Energy Melee. 'Cause.. Its amazing.

Regen Scrappers shouldn't be losing to Regen Stalkers in Duels...at least if the builds are equal moneywise.

Scrapper would have the leg up over the Stalker 1v1. I had to work hard gettin kills off regen/ Scrappers and in most cases we couldn't kill each other.
I have a EM/Regen that I sometimes take to RV. /WP seems to take damage a lot better than /Regens and I think you have more toggles to pick up with less power pools to play with -- thats just under speculation. Never played a /WP Stalker before.
EM/ seems to work well in PvP as Total Focus, Energy Transfer, and Spirit Sharks are the only attacks I really ever use. You have to move around though as you get your attacks off otherwise you're given your enemy 1-2 good shots at ya while you're anchored down finishin' the animation.
/Regen is pretty survivable nonetheless.
Regen in PvP. How is it?
I remember looking at something a little while ago, it said something about there is a 7 or 8 second delay in between healings in PvP Zones, is this correct?
