Dear Devs, am I still going to be punished in I15?
hiber is a death sentence in zones gibs. if you can't kill someone coming out of hiber, you really don't deserve the kill (how hard is it to kb a target with 0 kb protection for like 3 seconds coming out of hiber). the only toon that can consistently get ouf of hiber without dying are grav doms/trollers with the cage or dual phasing idiots (pretty horrible build idea).
phase isn't really an issue. just take phase and kill the person. not that hard. once more, if you can't kill a quick phaser, you don't deserve the kill.
heal decay in zones i can deal with, movement suppression is what gets people killed by subpar opponents though :-\
finally, the zone will not be stalker vs. stalker...
at the point the dom buff is making it so that it might be worthwhile playing a dom instead of a stalker in every pvp situation as long as you aren't facing stalkers. when facing stalkers, storms + doms + blasters wreck those. people might have to do that weird thing and learn to play.

I dunno if it's a death sentence...I use it on my storm & it works fine unless I jump into a mob of players. Generally my cloud is up, tornado is moving around & my imps slashing away. Hurricane is nice if it's running while in Hib too.
I love hib on my storm only because it's a great endo recovery. I use it all the time because yeah...NO BUFFERS AROUND ANYMORE. LOL

Observers can now see the time remaining in timed Arena matches.
Altered Sudden Death in Arena matches to set all pets (including Gladiators) to 1 HP, like it does to players.
Added 20 and 10 second notifications to the end of a timed Arena match.
Clicking on another player and selecting 'Invite to Arena event' now works correctly.
New Arena Terminal options: No Inspirations, and No Temp Powers.
Added a separate No Heal Decay option to the arena.
Improved the Swiss Draw UI:
Clicking on a Kiosk while in a tournament will bring up the current tournament standings.
Notifications are given during tournament intermission that let the players know when the next round is starting at 2 minutes, 15 seconds, and 5 seconds.
Fixed a bug that would stop a player from being able to observe an Arena match that was created in a different zone.
Fixed a bug that would sometimes stop a player from being able to join an Arena match in a slot that was designated for their Archetype.
Altered the Buff period during a Gladiator match to a shorter preparation period where the Gladiators are spawned but the players cannot use buffs.
Masterminds can no longer inspire Gladiator pets.

Although stalkers like to drool, most aren't competent...and that goes for the 'big talkers' on the boards too. They aren't as think as you tough they are to defeat.

What they need to do is make it so Regens can frickin heal like they are supossed to. Thats WTF Regens do damnit! Click, click, click. They are Regens, let them regen...damnit! If it wasnt for MoG and IH, they would be totally useless.
Oh yeah, and let emps heal. One thing they do better than others. Let them do it...wtf!?!
Regens only have 2 healing powers... just count out 8 seconds (or w/e it is) and you'll have no heal decay. If you dont like the DR hitting IH and MoG, just remember it hits everyone else too, they still are useful, MoG still allright and IH is still a useful power even if it isn't a near-godmode anymore.
Regens do just fine in i14.

If I am up against more than 2 people, that is when I have a hard time with my regen
In-set heals aren't supposed to be affected by heal decay, I thought. If they are, /bug it.

They are. As a matter of fact, as soon as I hit my second heal. What ever one that I didnt hit first. It heals a bunch less than if I wasnt in a PvP zone, and if I get in dire straits and have to use a insper to heal, i'm screwed. I have hit them and they did nothing before. Or use a insper first and hit one of my heals. It is terrible! I think I have healed for 15 HPs before with a lvl 50 regen
Specifically I think it was armor heals for melee ATs but IIRC Siphon Life had the same treatment. I wouldn't be surprised if they have decay on them now but I always thought it was stupid that self-heals in even the non-melee ATs caused suppression and heal decay.

Well =/ those decays are one of my reasons for deactivation five of my accounts =/ (only one is activated right atm. =x well the main reason would be that I don't really have time to play, though xP)

Me too. Self heals shouldn't be affected by heal decay or suppression. Maybe receiving heals should? Don't know. If I were to start rolling back I14 changes, I would start by removing heal decay and suppression by heals for self heals first.

You could always just pl a stalker on double xp weekend. Get it deleted for pl'ing it too fast. Get banned for 3 days for pl'ing in AE. Get mad and go to another game like the rest of us.
Was wondering if there's any updates on changing some PvP things around for zone play like:
1. Will my support toons still be punished for doing their job? Suppression on buffs removed, heals a target suppression can stay but self heal suppression be removed. This will allow support toons back into play.
2. Heal decay <still never understood that one, it's Bizarro>
3. Hibernate & Phase.
a. How about bumping up recharge times <minus the Ice sets for Hibernate> & Phase?
b. Since you allow other players to attack another player in phase while in phase may I suggest you do the same with Hibernate? Make Hibernate an object with HPs <2,000 or some random number> Once the Ice of block <Hibernate> is destroyed the player in Hibernate may be attacked.
c. IF the changes above occur or something like it, get rid of the gray out when one or the other is used.
I strongly feel that if things aren't changed before Rogue Expansion zone pvp will be mostly stalker vs. stalker.
