I put this up once before and I'm still kind of fine tuning it. I think I got it the way I want it for the most part but I wanted to get opinions on it in case I missed something.

Ok, so the build concept is basically a female version of a martial arts human torch. So I wanted to keep fly over leaping (Even though I know leaping would be better) This is what I had built so far:

I went weapons cause it gives an immobile so I could get the most from burn and bosses. Melee defense because I tend to alpha quite a bit and unless I have them webbed or a troller to lock them down, I don't plan to initiate burn unless I'm getting beat up bad.

So anyway, anyone think I could do any better with anything else?

Hmmmm I thought Scrapper's WG was single ranged target =/ Don't think it'll work that well with Burn unless you decide to make a Brute =x

It is single target hence why I said it was for bosses. Hit them enough times and they stop moving. Move in, Burn, move out web... That's that way I envision it anyway.

I did try caltrops but the time to throw down and set up a burn seemed a bit too long for me.

Endurance usage is gonna kill you. You don't have nearly enough End Reduction in your toggles (none in Weave at all)

I'd consider opening the Flight pool with Air Superiority instead of Hover.

Think about Dark Mastery for Tenebrous Tentacles for an AoE immobilize to use with Burn. You can slot the Gaussian's set in Focus Chi if you do that.

Otherwise looks okay.

Hover I have for the -KB IOs and the -slow IO. Plus I already have 5 attacks (3 of which by level 8) so I am iffy on even taking it.

However I never really looked at darkness mastery... The immobile cone might be something that would for sure increase the usability from burn. I'll have to play with the build to see if it would fit. (It's 3 powers in epic as opposed to 2)
