I'm of the opinion that a mid-range whip set would fit Dominators better than the melee classes. It could also be a ranged set for Blaster/Corruptor/Defender.

Last time I ran it he was invisible in a spawn of Council, and there were no Malta at all. After beating the Council (who said something about capturing Maelstrom) I could click on him to begin his text and all that.

If you respec, fitness will go inherent, so that opens up 3 more power choices for things like travel powers and Recall Friend.

Also, I wouldn't 3slot Health. You have a heal! Stick a slot in Tactics with an EndRdx. Most of your other powers you could probably remove either a RechRdx or EndRdx to free up slots, if you needed more slots in whatever else you pick.

Otherwise I guess that's an alright non-set setup.

In game shows 62.56 for a scrapper.
Stalker base is 55.61, which sounds about right with my slotting to bring it up to 110.12.
I don't know what Mids says on it.

I'm with the rest of the responses here, but just as a question and a thought exercise... how would you want them to gate the game, then?
Every city zone beyond Atlas/Mercy/Nova costs $2-10?
Every 5 or 10 levels you're barred until you pay $1-10 per character?
You can only play Fire Blasters, Stone Tankers, and Empath/Psi Defenders unless you pay?
IO's stop dropping unless you subscribe, and you can buy individual ones as well?
Some combination of the above? Or maybe some other F2P model I haven't been witness to yet.

It was working just fine, then my game screwed up and I exited. Then it downloaded another patch (what?) and I couldn't get in. That was just moments ago. Trying the suggested solution now...

When I first saw the title, I thought it would be summoning a giant wheelchair ramp in order to walk up to the tops of buildings etc.

Oh, lol. Had to read it a couple times.

I watched it for the robots. And got a lot of the robot toys.

Which means I stopped caring once they had giant cars for robots.... and completely lost interest when they just had some dumb spaceship and the plot fell apart. What little there was.

Now that I know that the fight scenes are all ripped from Japanese shows, it makes more sense. But I didn't know that then.

I had an AR/Thermal Corruptor a couple years ago. Loved the idea, liked my costume more or less.... hated playing. Got to 30 or so before I realized how pathetically slow I was solo, and it felt like I spent most of my time on teams using Thermal and not much using AR.

Deleted her in an attempt to reroll when Pain came out, but it never amounted to nothing. And now I don't like the costume I have saved any more.

I think the bot showed up at the end to save the Hostage, 'cause he was a Malta guy and in trouble. It says something to that effect when it first appears.
