Where are my VEATs?

Had to think about this a bit, because I had a similar problem back when the necessary level was still 50. Question: did you log out completely and then come back later to try and create your SoA? The reason I ask is that I ended up having to log into my villain first, and then exit to login (and now character selection is an option) before it would let me create one.
Where to find me after the end:
The Secret World - Arcadia - Shinzo
Rift - Faeblight - Bloodspeaker
LotRO - Gladden - Aranelion
STO - Holodeck - @Captain_Thiraas
Obviously, I don't care about NCSoft's forum rules, now.
Yeah, it's been a day or two since I hit 20 and I've relogged in as the character a few times. Apparently it doesn't unlock since I started him in preatoria.
That seems kindof lame, I guess I'll have to reroll him starting in the isles. Especially lame since it told me I unlocked them.

Don't know that I'd re-roll him, might send a petition/bug report in and see if they respond and can help. Other than that, might consider rolling a new toon in the isles and burning it to 20, rather than "wasting" the time you spent on the one you already have.

It's a bogus thing to happen at the moment, but don't reroll!
I personally believe it to be easy enough to get to 20 again as another character. That's what this game is designed for after all, alting. 
Explore your options, roll a pure villain, you'll get 20 again soon enough!

Was thinking about this a bit after the discussion died down, and came to a realization: It's possible that Praetorians don't unlock either hero or villain epic archtypes because they plan on adding Praetorian epics eventually.
Of course, I'm not sure how thrilled I'd be, playing a character type with an acronym of PEAT... but the coolness might make up for it.

I have a level 38 blaster and 20 brute in the rogue isles and a 22 mastermind in paragon. When I hit level 20 with my brute, it said I unlocked the villain epics, but I am unable to actually create any.
