Before the change of management/ownership 2 years ago we had 12 or 8 depending on whether we had both CoH and CoV or not but for the time prior to Freedom we had 12 per server plus any earned bonus slots per year used with a maximum per server of 36.
P.S. I don't envy you trying to do the math. I'd never figure out how many I should have if I went premium. -

I never thought it wouldn't work so I haven't paid attention. I'll keep it in mind the next time I craft a purple on a character with the discount selected but I've pretty well used them up as I moved my 50s to getting the Vanguard and Cimeroa day jobs and accolades.

The only exception I have is a stone/stone brute which I wanted to boost his run speed so in addition to the Perf Shifter + End I also slotted the Perf Shifter: End Mod. -
When you go Premium everything locks until you unlock them because they don't assume which of your slots or characters you are going to choose to use.
Those 26 unlocks can unlock an existing character or any open slot on any server. -

I feel your pain. Deconstructing or even just sidegrading the incarnate powers would be nice especially when new ones are added.

I use 8 to get rare Incarnate salvage or turn them into Incarnate threads as needed.
When I get all my Incarnate powers maxed then I might consider the costume pieces. -

I am having a lot more fun. I can barely stop playing my incarnate brute.
And when I do play another character I am having more fun with many of the non-incarnate enhancements to the game.
So I think it was great because it gave me something to do with my 50s so when I play my non-50s I don't think "well, this is great. In X levels this one will hit 50, then what?" -

I am feeling very silly now because when I was asked what my level was I also replied "50".
But I still was invited and joined in on the trial and was only asked if I had ever run it before and I told the asker I had not done any except in beta last year.
I have all but one incarnate power and upgraded 2 of them. Is there some way to see our 50+ level for ourselves?
