Also, way back when GR went live, there was a bug of some sort that could allow pre-20 level characters to switch sides. This could be a recently revived character from that time.

Wiki page has a bunch of locations.

What Bedloe said. You can get to the blueside through the Midnight Club as well as the aforementioned options.

A similar thread from a couple months ago. It might have some info you might find useful.

Heroes (and villains) can get Ancillary Power Pools. They don't need to run any missions to get them. They open up at level 41 automatically.

Quote:I'm pretty sure that there isn't an option in game to move this, but you can use a symlink as well under windows. When I ran CoH under Linux, I was able to replace the log file directory with a symlink to the directory I wanted to use, and that worked fine. I'm not sure a Windows 7 shortcut works in the same way, though. Has anyone else done this?
Here's a Lifehacker article on symlinks.
I've used LinkMagic to create symlinks before as well. -
Quote:Type /BindSave on the character that's set up properly, then /BindLoad on the character you want to get the binds.I see the buttons to load the UI and Chat settings - what about keybinds?
This does transfer all of them, even ones you may not want to transfer. But you can go in and edit the file to remove ones you might not want to transfer.
Once loaded, the actual binds are located on the server. You can alter the file all you want and nothing will change on your characters until you load it. -
Here's a couple more calendar issues. RTR it listed at 8 pm when it's 9 pm Eastern. Mean Monday is listed at 7 pm when it's at 8 pm. That's assuming Eastern time like is printed at the bottom.

Quote:It's 9 pm eastern, 6 pm Pacific.Hey,
Is the start time 9PM or 8PM? I ask because I have been trying to get a few of my freinds up to speed and showed the Protector Vigilance calendar and it has 8PM. I thought it was at 9PM.
Yeah, a bunch of the times on the calendar are off. The times supposed to be set for eastern, but there are a bunch of different editors. -
Quote:Am I mis-reading the question? Are you saying it's placement on the market window is dependent upon its sales? There are a couple of potential reasons:
1) It's used in a lot of high-demand recipes, and therefore is a piece of salvage that is in high demand.
2) It's used in a lot of common recipes that are used a lot in a build, making people need more of them than other common arcane salvage in that range.
3) Someone is flipping them for short-term gain.
The way I'm reading it, when the mousedroid opens the market and clicks on Salvage->Invention, Ice appears at the top of the listing. Mouse's question is why is it popping up there and not grouped with other arcane salvage.
For me, when I do this, it shows up as :
Nevermelting Ice (arcane)
Steel (tech)
Clockwork Winder (arcane)
Scientific Theory (tech)
Psionic Threat Report (arcane)
... 3 more techs followed by an arcane
From what I can tell, there's no grouping at all when you first pop it open. -
Quote:It's too late, you've got an open arc. The only way to clear it is to go back to the red side and finish it off.How do i delete this arc totally, and restart it with the correct Ramiel (i have no missions already, but Ramiel is in my inactive contacts with an open story icon next to him) I'm really not prepared to be forced to play red side here, delete will occur before that. Can anyone help please?
You can completely ignore it though and just jump right into the Incarnate Trials though. Any incarnate xp you earn will first go to opening your Alpha slot. Depending upon how often you run the trials, it might be quicker than swinging back around full circle again. -
Quote:I'd guess that since it works as a temporary power, that means the "caster" is always the critter that the power is on, not the character that put it on the target.I don't understand. If it does not stack from the same caster, doesn't that mean it DOES stack from different casters?
Or I could be wrong -
Quote:You cannot enter any taskforce/strikeforce unless you are at least the minimum level, in this case, level 25. You cannot get sidekicked into a tf/sf.I got a lvl 21 villain on this server, can I get mentored up for Renault?
It is double xp weekend though, you do have plenty of time to work up the levels for it. -
Quote:Do you have more than five +5% recharge bonuses (from any set). There is a max of five of the same named bonus (see Law of Fives). I think you can check in Mids by going to Window Menu->Sets and bonuses. It should flag where you might have bonuses wasted.I was messing around in Mid's and was trying to get the recharge bonus out of Impervious Skin on some of my resistance powers(Invuln) and it doesnt seem to work. Any Ideas as to why?
edit: Yep, double checked. Under that menu item, if you've gone over the Law of Fives, the very first thing it will say is :
"One or more set bonuses have exceeded the 5 bonus cap, and will not affect your stats. Scroll down this list to find bonuses marked as '>Cap'" -
From the wiki page on Perma:
Permahasten - Hasten needs a total of +275% Recharge
205% after Hasten's own +70%, 110% after 3 recharge SOs for ~95% -
One minor point. You don't have to rush the bank. The robbery doesn't start until you get within about 80 yds of the bank or until 5 minutes have passed.

While on the calendar subject, wasn't the Weekly Kheldian SuperTeam Task Force canceled? It looks like it's still on the calendar.

There's a couple things you can do.
To remove all tells (personal chat), right click the tab that the chat shows up in, select it and remove it from that tab. But this won't prevent you from seeing anything that person says in broadcast, local or other channels.
To do it more selectively, when you get an offensive tell, click on that person's name in the chatbox and select "ignore". That will prevent you from ever seeing anything from that person, whether it is in broadcast, global channels, local, tells, etc, as well as preventing that person from spamming team or Super group invites on you. IMO, that would be a better way of doing it, as you will never have to hear from that person again.
If the tell is particularly offensive, it would be a very good idea to send a petition (Menu->support) detailing the person's name and what they did. If they did it you, odds are they are doing it to other people as well and will get banned if they get enough petitions against them. -
Some you sorta covered but getting a bit more specific
Pros:
* Team build, Solo Build, PvP build
* One build for high level, a different build for exemping
* Poor man's "respec"
Cons
* Each build requires completely separate set of enhancements
* Each build requires completely separate respec
