Mender Ramiel's evil twin brother

Hi, i've got a problem with my Brute hero. I started him in Praet, went hero at lvl 20, then went villian at about 45 to access Brute patron powers. On the journey back to hero, whilst rogue in fact, i dinged 50 and got contact Ramiels' call for the incarnate. Went to see him and got the first mission but noticed it was flagged as villian. As i was close to re-aligning as hero, i abandoned the mish, did a couple of tips and became hero, then returned to Ramiel. Trouble is, there's apparently two Ramiels, one for hero/vig, one for Villian/Rog and as i've started the arc with evil Ramiel, good Ramiel now won't give me any missions. How do i delete this arc totally, and restart it with the correct Ramiel (i have no missions already, but Ramiel is in my inactive contacts with an open story icon next to him) I'm really not prepared to be forced to play red side here, delete will occur before that. Can anyone help please?

have you tried abandoning the mish? and i think its extremely annoying how these mishs got marked hero or villain only (even the one outside ouro), if people ask for help on that mish i have to ask whether its hero or villain because the mish cant even be set if its a hero

I don't have any missions, i abandoned it immediately i got it coz it was flagged villian, but the arc is still open with evil Ramiel.

Are you at the limit of open story arcs? I forget what that number is, but the total carries over between hero and villain, so you may need to clear one. I don't know if it would have to be Evil Ramiel's or not. Although if you don't go back to villain and clear it, it might keep counting against your limit.

I don't know how Good and Evil Ramiel interact. Once the book has appeared, I do not believe there is any way for players to clear it out other than completion. Maybe a petition could help?

Worst case is making another full circle from hero to villain to hero with a stop at vill just long enough to complete the arc. My personal opinion is that a delete is overkill, but then I understand some people know how to get to 50 in less than a week.

Hehe, beleive me it takes a lot longer than a week for me, i just hate red side so much. The limit is 5 open arcs and i'm no where near, but good point that it'll always be held open and count against my 5, just like the Scirocco one... bummer

I'll opt for Stargeeks suggestion i think and unlock it through incarnate trials, all is not lost i guess.

Have you tried /petition in game? A GM probably can't help, but then again, you won't be out anything is you try first thing when you log on at night then go play normally. And tech support out of game may be able to do something about it if you give them a call.

The newest patch on Beta fixes this issue, making it so that progress on the Hero version counts towards the villain one, and vice versa. However, unlocking it via Trials is likely to be far faster than waiting for i21.
