Villian to Hero
What Bedloe said. You can get to the blueside through the Midnight Club as well as the aforementioned options.

One downside to that is that while you are rogue, you can't use regular hero contacts to start any hero threads. So, in order to collect those tips to start off, you will need to either street sweep or run radio missions.
The upside is that any level 20+ mob can drop Tips, even those that are very far below your level, so you only need to go hit a hazard zone with lots of level 20+ grays and start killing until the Tips roll in. For blueside I like Dark Astoria for this. For redside I will usually find the Ghost of Scrapyard and wipe out lots of his strike buddies.

People keep recommending that, and I have to say I've found it terribly inefficient the few times I've tried it, in comparison to what I normally do.
Bosses and Lts have a higher tip drop rate than minions. I find I have no issues getting tips quickly if I bounce around Talos or Sharkhead focusing on Bosses and Lts.
Travelling out to Dark Astoria and back (even with an SG teleporter) generally takes longer than it takes me to just kill stuff near the tram.

My small tip is to grab only 1 or 2 Tips then head into the mission(s) getting your 2nd or 3rd Tip inside. That way you generally end up in a rolling set of tip missions without having to stop and street sweep for more tips somewhere along the way.

my lil RWZ Challenge vid
Well I thought I had it figured out but a few things have managed to confuse me. What I do know:
Day 1: 5 Tip Missions
Day 2: 5 Tip Missions (Morality Mission to become Rogue)
Day 3: 5 Tip Missions
day 4: 5 Tip Missions (Morality Mission to become Hero)
That I get, currently I am in day 3. I just collected a tip and got myself confused. When I hit investigate there were 2 options, Villian and Rogue. I was expecting a Hero option but saw none. I asked in help chat and I got "Rogue Isles offer Villian, Rogue and Hero side offers Hero, Vigilante" But still found myself confused as no one wanted to clarify =(.
So my question is In order to become a Hero do I need to find my way to hero side and do Hero missions or do I keep completing Rogue missions to become Hero, As I already stated I am a rogue atm.
