a...scorch is crazy minor damage..get rid of it.
[/ QUOTE ]
If you can remove scorch from a tanker build, I'll be very impressed. -

I'm better than everyone.
[/ QUOTE ]
That goes great with your Zap Brannigan avatar. -
And caltrops adds to your AoE damage!
Not much, I'll admit, but technically it's true. :P -
They only wander off until level 38, after that, footstomp keeps them in range.
I have to wonder if handclap has any place in a dark armor build. You'll be knocking enemies out of range of Dark Regeneration, Death Shroud, and any other auras you choose to take. -

Just because a store has a help wanted sign in the window doesn't mean you get the job for walking in.
[/ QUOTE ]
That's an excellent analogy that would likely go over the heads of the people sending blind invites. -
That doesn't surprise me. The first Black Helicopter you see, the one by Kalinda, wont take you anywhere. I'm sure a number of people assume that the rest don't do anything either.

Take Spectral Wounds. This power is very thematic to Illusion and it a straight up blast that gives some of it's damage back. It's a signature power. It's more thematic to Dominators than to Controllers.
I see it as core to the set and would not like to see it changed.
[/ QUOTE ]
OK, don't change Spectral Wounds, just put it in the Illusion Assault secondary where it clearly belongs. -
There are already two ways to deal with unwanted KB, the "kick" button and the "quit" button. If one doesn't work, the other will.

If anyone has a YouTube video of a /DA NOT sucking, I'd love to see it.
See, I'd love for DA to not suck. I love the idea of a Scraptroller, that can survive by locking down/debuffing foes. When DA works like that, it is kinda neat.
When it doesn't work like that, it REALLY doesn't work. Even with three end reds in every toggle, you chow through the blue bar.
[/ QUOTE ]
Just out of curiosity, how much end redux did you put in your attacks? -
This page may help you decide what IO sets to use.
-
Turns out that I have a level 24 WP/WM Tanker on Infinity that I had completely forgotten about. I used a badly needed freespec and now I'm ready to go.

Oh, I also found that mocking beratement (a taunt set) has an Acc/Rech IO in it that is dirt cheap. Since a lot of brute attacks can slot for taunt, it works great.
[/ QUOTE ]
Mocking Beratement also has a straight Rech IO, and the 2-piece set bonus is +1.8% endurance. For combos that need alot of recharge and endurance, like my Stone/DA, I put those 2 IOs in most of my attacks.
Since Electric Armor provides it's own +rech and +end, I wouldn't bother doing it with an SS/Elec, or any /Elec for that matter. But it's good to know all your options. -

See now I'm thinking I need to make a Navajo Tribal Police turned heroine... all those Tony Hillerman southwestern mysteries I used to read...

Those are great books--I'd really like to see Adam Beach do a series of those as Jim Chee.
[/ QUOTE ]
I just like seeing Adam Beach in general. -
Here is mine. I took a more modern approach, since very few of the members of my RL tribe wear deerskin or feathers while at work.

Protecting Earth from threats of cosmic proportions, Orbital Guardian.
There is no such thing as 'owning too many Jack Kirby comics'. -
OK, I took your original, gave it a more regal colour scheme, less 'Darkitty McDarkdark' gloves and boots, and a beard that looks kind of, well, regal.
I couldn't decide on a chest emblem, so here's three variants . -

FINALLY Top Hat and Tails for men!!! They can have class and style...now if only I can figure out how to make the shoes have spats........
[/ QUOTE ]
Coloured black and white, the part of Exo-Proto boots that stick out from beneath pant legs make for decent spats . -
What impresses me about the JLA piece is that you could take away Superman's chest emblem and he would still be easily recognizable.

Here's a costume I put together after watching the Austin Powers trilogy in one sitting. Personally, I think the psych pattern doesn't work well with vivid colours, so I went with dots.
