It's too small and dark to really see clearly, but it looks okay to me.

OK, I took your original, gave it a more regal colour scheme, less 'Darkitty McDarkdark' gloves and boots, and a beard that looks kind of, well, regal.
I couldn't decide on a chest emblem, so here's three variants .

Sorry about the dark--didn't look that dark on my screen--but just saw it on another and whoa is it ever too dark. I'll fix it.

This design is Quite an upgrade while keeping a lot of the original flavor. the only thing that stands out to me that i personally would tweak is perhaps the "slash"? (forgive me if thats wrong i'm at work and not near my Play compy so can't access the creator.)pant design. not sure if its the bright red or just the amount of Bright red on that particular pattern that detracts a lil bit from the strong upper body look.

Well I made this villain... Abolished King, to continue the story of the 3 Abolished Brothers... Abolished Reborn, Abolished Crypt, and Abolished King. Thing is... His costume sucks hardcore... No matter what I do I can't make myself do any better.
Here is what he looks like now - Abolished King
He is a SS/WP Brute and he is supposed to be "Superior" to his Older Brother and his Younger Brother. But his costume says "Hey look at me... I blend in with every other sad sap dark costume!" AND he has terrible fashion sense apparently.
So I was wondering if someone could help me completely revamp his costume, with the exception of the Crystal Crown piece on his head...
