I thought that prevention was for Teleport Foe, since TP Foe's range is beyond the range you can normally see opponents. If you can't target through someone else, you can't have them help you TP-gank someone. -
A Blaster can go from constant faceplanting to soloing GMs and AVs with proper IO usage.

Spines/Elec is an AoE damage monster that tends to cause a lot of fear/scatter/running.

I'd just like to point out that there's no such thing as a character that's "100% yours" in CoH. Quite the contrary actually, any and every character you create on any CoH server is property of NCSoft.

Buff caps. Brutes have a 90% resistance cap compared to a Scrapper's 75%. Brutes have a 850% damage cap, Scrapper damage cap is 500%. Brutes benefit much more from buffs on a team.

If you want to make AE Critters with +perc pick Devices, SR, WP, or just place a standard Rikti Drone or Fortunata Mistress in the mob, which will buff their perception. -
