Obscure Lore Characters You'd Like to See More Of

Here are a few of mine:

Terra. I even wrote a MA Arc about her because I thought that one thing we should be able to do in the game is restore her to normal ... at the very least, I thought that there's a certain one-time only Hero who appears in a DE-Themed Villain Arc who I would have replaced with Terra if I were in charge. (Think how cool it'd be if Terra regained her human individuality and wound up fighting Hamidon for leadership of the DE!)

Night Fox. We never see him in costume, and his "Fox Den" is nothing more than a generic cave map, but this guy has the potential to fill in the role of a "Batman Dark Knight Returns" type hero ... (makes mental note for possible MA arc).

The Heroes and Villains you meet during the Safeguard/Mayhem missions. Some of them are pretty darn generic, but a few are kind of interesting, and I'd like to see more of them. (I really feel sorry for poor Doc Quantum!)

The Can Man.

The man fascinates me.

The Lord of Frosts. (Is it any surprise he cameos in my arc, The Time Bandits?)

-Spark Blade (His lacking appearance is a little understand able)

-Rose Star (Hers is not)

-Flower Knight (Can you tell I'm Asian?)

-Baron Zoria (His organization is huge but he himself only appears in the Finale of one Ouro TF)

- Night Widow Nocturne (If only for the excuse of having a high level AV Night Widow. Kind of weird how after the 20s the get bumped down to Lts rank only.)

Some of the characters who appear on the history plaques in Paragon City concerning the Might For Right Act and the Citizen Crime Fighting Act. Most of those heroes are dead as of game time (many died in the Rikti War), but seeing as we have this neat time travel device it would be interesting to go back in time and meet some of them.

Similarly for the characters who have statues all over the city, like Galaxy Girl or Talos.

The Dream Doctor, and all the missing Rularuu aspects.

Darkvine (probably a Plant/Dark Controller?) who features as a tie-in for the best two arcs on each side; dealing with the Scroll of Tielekku

You know what I've always imagined? That the Can Man is actually the original Count Crey, who the Countess used her abilities to make mushed eggs of his personality.

Where did this whole "love" angle from from with Apex and War Witch? I never saw that in the comics... they always seemed more like Brother/Sister.

Mr. Bocor (I put him in an AE arc).

The Lord of Frosts (I see someone else put him in an AE arc).

Talos and his kid "sidekick" whose name I can't remember (I mentioned them in an AE arc).

I'm detecting a pattern here...

Oh, and definitely not Terra. While I like the high adventure stories as well as anyone, I also like the idea that there's a character out there who can't be saved; it adds a touch of realism to the setting.

A Flashback featuring Galaxy Girl and Dauntless might be nice.

Faultline Sr. (Not the Jimmy we all know and love but his father...before it all went wrong)

The Weaver.
Red Widow.

The Regulators (you know, BAB's old SG)

Everyone in WISDOM.

Sebastian Frost.

We never see the one who is actually in charge of the Family, we know it is made up of independant crime syndicates that have come together and the more loreful among us know that Frost heads the Family altogether. But we only see him in the most annoying-to-unlock arc in the game which is given out by Viridian, he doesn't appear anywhere else in the game, I don't think his henchies even mention him.

The Center.

Also another big and evil mastermind we know nothing of. He only appears in Virdian's arc and he's only described briefly in one of the blueside arcs.

Count Alphonse Crey.

This guy has been in a coma for... how many years now? I wanna hear something from him!
