it follows the L&O template having Bullock doing the cop side, and Dent doing the Lawyer side. and Batman way in the background.

If you can find a good copy in full give it watch, the acting is so-so even for a fan film, but it is fairly well written.

I figure that would be a "phase 2" of customization. Right now SS and MA are getting some animations so they have some custom options along with every body else. But a full animation selection for all powers will have to wait.

The good news is now the SS and MA are getting them, that means the framework is there for this to be added later. But they would hold off on putting it in game until they had the animations for ever power ready to go, recycling animations would get you about half way but then the rest would need brand new animations made.

And I'm not talking about the face she has (Land uses that exact face all the time). but the fact she has a 7 inch waist and 4 inch thick legs that come in from odd angles. and the girl behind her is missing the rest of her body.
This is not uncommon of the people in the backgrounds of his comic pages, Not so much on his covers or promo work.

What bothers me more than that, and more than all his art swiping. is the fact his female characters rarely look the same from page to page. On Fantastic Four Sue would go from wavy to straight hair and back across three panels on the same page.

also any account inactive for a year that wasn't active for more than 3 months sould also not have safe names.

I guess the easy fix would be to give "a" rare recipie as an arc completion reward and not give "a preset recipie" as aa arc reward.

As someone who dose alot of arcs, I just know everything I won't need would be tied to the arcs I do most, and the thing I really do want would be tied to the DR VAZ and Hollows arcs that I avoid like the plague.

No really I got kicked from a team for asking someone to turn it off after a team wipe that it caused, besides when I have SS on and am running back and forth casting buffs/debuffs an tying to avoid aggro I don't want to get stuck in your AoE freind slow -Acc, even more so if your are in a bottleneck drawing all kinds of AoE damage.

Saw this and figured I would give it a try, I mean random can't be worse that some of my old concept toons.

So I got a AR/DM Sci corruptor, I'm at lvl 4 now and still Only have 1 attack but all 3 DM powers.
Thought I would use the toon planner as a magic 8-ball to see what the future may hold, No travel power!, Challange?!?, Medical Pool. I hope my live rolls are better, If not I gonna have to do a Random Repec.

Also while in human form and and flying the Gleaming Blast Effect will come up out of the ground next to the target instead of shooting from the hands. mostly this happens right after you land for some reason.

The more I see the arguments here, the more I think of the ads for phone and cable companies where they offer a good deal but only to new members, this is the way of the world people get used to it.

The game is NOT a personsal service like a maid or cook that will do whatever you want the way you want it done. It is more Like a sports team, your paying for a season ticket. The owners of said team and the league will do what they will, Trade players change rules, market in new ways to preserve the future of the team. Due to the simple reason the same thing will not always be sucessful. Yes the changes may loose some fans, but no one new will come along if you keep putting out the same product they do not like. Stop acting like this is a store that will see business come and go depending on market trends and customer service, this is a game, and new ones are coming out all the time and they have to make changes to stay alive.

And before someone replys "New content over changes", the kind of new content people want would have to be a full on Expansion, the kind you have to pay for! it would take over a year to get ready and by that time the game would be nearing 3 years old, getting stale, and out of date compared to all newer games that came out in that amount of time. The time would have been better spent working on a whole new COH2!

Any one know If villains can go into Pargon (visit not PVP) if we have both games? I've heard alot of debate on this but found no real answer other than in the 2nd Gamespot movie Statesman says "Not all the action will happen here, some missions will take you into paragon city" (at the 3:15 mark for those who doubt me)
I assume the answer would be a yes, What better way to sell CoV to CoH'ers than have a monster looking toon or a mastermind with a pack of ninjas walking around in steel canyon?
Anyhow was just wondering it seems I can't get too far into a thread without hearing this debated or someone just stating that you can't while debating some other point.
