Coming soon to a Law and Order near you...
That would be an interesting spin.
the first case would obviously be batman finding the lazarus pit they dipped Jerry Orbach in.
Y'know, I could see why they wouldn't add Batman though, as it'd be a really short show. He'd already have the killer captured in the first five minutes, and just imagine the Order part of the show:
Defense Attourney: "So, as you can see, theres no way my client could have commited this murder! He was seen a continent away on the day of the murder, no murder weapon was ever found, and the glove does not fit, so you must find him not guilty!"
Batman: "..."
*Batman takes a sip of water*
Batman: "I'm Batman."
Jury: "GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS!"
Couldn't find a good link for it anymore, But there is a "Law and Order: Gotham" fan film that has been around for a few years.
it follows the L&O template having Bullock doing the cop side, and Dent doing the Lawyer side. and Batman way in the background.
If you can find a good copy in full give it watch, the acting is so-so even for a fan film, but it is fairly well written.

For the record, I would TOTALLY watch that if made.
