I have a temporary need to share a large number of photos with people who'll want copies of the full size photos. Do you guys have any recommendations for a FREE online file storage service? You know, some place I can upload either a folder's worth of files or a large zip file, then give out a link and password for my recipients to access them.
I'd prefer the service to be free or free-ish. Since I don't need long term storage, free trial time would suffice. Of course, completely free is better in case I need to use them again. -
If your account was still paid up and had time left, ie "active", you can leave your stuff in the Market indefinitely. As soon as your paid time runs out and your account goes "inactive", the Market wipe clock starts. After 60 days, everything in your Market inventory is wiped, no movement to personal inventory, no bid/sell cancellations, no refunds, just deleted.

Reactivation Weekend started already? I thought it was tomorrow.

There are 2 types of IO (invention origin) recipes: common/generics and named Sets. The common IO recipes sell for pretty good at a regular store (NPC or brick and mortar).
Note: recipes are listed on the left side of the store interface window, UNDER the Inspirations which aren't sellable. This tends to fool a lot of people into thinking the stores don't buy recipes.
Named Set IO recipes sell for much less at a regular store, but some highly desirable ones can be worth a lot at the Market (Wentworths or Black Market). Until you get a feel for which are in demand, you should always check the Market first for any Set IO recipes you pick up.
Note: always check the going rate for both the recipe and the crafted IO enhancement. Usually, the crafted Set IO enhancement sell for way more than the Set recipe itself. This may be due to an expensive rare salvage requirement or just plain supply and demand. So price your item appropriately. -
I always thought it was a hunk of ginseng. Although I didn't know how that related to good fortune. Well, other than perhaps that it enabled you to be healthy and at the peak of your abilities, so you're better able to dodge attacks.

The paragonwiki page doesn't have what you need?

If you don't need to use those Vet respec, you can leave them unclaimed. No need to claim everything right away.

Are you planning to take a cab between the Javits Center and the M&G? It's a 25 blocks run between them and doubling the parking costs is crazy. And using the subway would involve way more time than 15 mins.

How bad is "bad"? If the name is petitionable and found justified, a GM will change it.

Is your inventory full?
Have you tried switching to a different character? -
Quote:Does it have a header bar or a bottom bar? In particular, does it have a detach dot on the left side? If so, if you click the dot to reattach the window, where does it go to reattach itself? It might give you a hint on what that window is for.On some of my characters, there's a big, completely empty interface rectangle in the middle of the screen. I can't get rid of it at all. I can't take a screen shot, because screenshots don't capture the interface, but it has a big rectangle in the middle, a smaller one on top, and a smaller one on the bottom. The one on the bottom is divided into three rectangles itself, almost as though it's supposed to be a chat interface or something.
I can move it, but I can't get rid of it. Please help.
The only thing I can think of is a detached email window.
Edit:
You may want to give /windowresetall a try to see if you can blow it away. -
Go to Menu-->Options-->General-->(scroll down to the bottom)->Chat. You will see 2 buttons. Click the = [load from default].
Note: don't click the [save to default] unless you mean to, like after you've set up all your global channels, etc just the way you like it in the other chat windows. -
Your vitality is strong. What have you been taking? Vitamin E?

Quote:I don't see Variant in use: Members ListAlright...well...what if I only want it changed to one thing?
If Variant is not available...I would rather just stick with Vitality. -
I think the "random 2 to 5" Imps was the result of the first nerf to Fire's pets. I didn't have a Controller back then, so I'm not exactly sure, but I'm under the impression that originally you got a straight set of 6 Imps per summons.

Eh. I still haven't been able to get in game to check out the Market on your IO picks, so I'll just toss in an arbitrary amount = 1,234,567,890 Inf.

From the Knowledge Base: How much does City of Heroes cost? (US version)
Edit:
UK version: How much does the City of Heroes Good Versus Evil Edition cost? -
Currently, all the attacks available via power pools are melee. I'd like to have one that contained a ranged attack, any kind.

This bug has been around for a while. I usually just sell a lighting fixture or something insignificant and the Prestige count would correct itself.

Speaking of the +perception IO, just prior to the Market Merge and for a short period after, I had 2 characters set up fishing bids on the crafted spanning levels 10-20. I figured with the PvP crowded thinned, maybe I could pick up a few on the cheap and store them until PvP comes around again. I really didn't expect to be able to snag many, though, considering I was only bidding a little more than 50K. As it turned out, I was picking up buckets of them, mainly in the low levels. Eventually I had to cancel my bids since I was getting way more than I expected to store.
I thought I had really misinterpreted the +perception IO's appeal since it seemed like everyone was just dumping them. Looking over the "going rate" across the levels 10-20, they weren't selling for more than 1-2 million and that was few and far between. Until I got to the level 20s. Really, are people that stupid? The level 20s were going for 20 million. I sold off the few level 20s I had picked up. -
How do you intend to handle buying mistakes? Where, for whatever reason, you accidentally bought an extra something that you're not going to use? Are you going to sell it back, especially if it is a pricey and desirable item, or will it just be added to the overall cost?
