(As far as strategy books - about the only part that makes sense in that - there are two. One was the Prima guide, one was a followup Prima guide. Books don't work for MMOs because MMOs change constantly. The book's out of date within a year of printing. It's why we have things like ParagonWiki.)

From what I understand, OP wants players with accounts older than 4 years get rare drops from every level 4 boss they defeat and that they earn quad xp and triple inf. And he claims everyone would support this.
