If you're uncomfortable grabbing ther crotches, many will let you in for a mere grope of the left armpit. But the crotch, for some reason, is a sure bet.

Each patron has four arcs, IIRC, two 40-45, and two 45-50. None of these can be accessed via flashback. The only way to redo them is to roll a new toon and unlock patrons, or join another player on their arcs.

Actually, i would buy two more ae editions just because of it. Why? Because that way i can get then faster. Here on Brazil the ncsoft is sold by a company called LEVELUP GAMES. They are incompetent. Right now they even forgot to update their selling options to include the magic pack. But the AE edition is available, and with it the boosters.

See what I bolded there? That would be a BIG mistake.

You can only apply one of each type of code to your account. One CoH, one CoH Collector's Ed, one GVE, one AE Edition, etc, etc.

Those extra AE Editions would be wasted money, because you would be unable to add them to your account.

There is no official word whether we'll have DXP in AE or not. But since Patrol XP doesn't work there, many don't expect DXP to either.

I expect AE to give regular XP, and dozens of nooblets farming it for DXP regardless, never realizing the error of their ways.

That's true, but we're not allowed to have spaces in our names, and underscores look silly.

That's because the crit is a separate tick of damage from the main attack, and the One-Shot code doesn't stopp you from being killed by a single attack, it stops you from being killed by a single tick of damage.

If the attack does more than one tick of damage, even if it's all at once, like a Smashing/Cold attack, then it can still one-shot you.

Putting the Kismet unique in PFF may not be the best choice, Since it's one of the ones that buffs you for 2 minutes after using the power - in other words, you don't get the buff unless you're running PFF (and can't attack), or you have to turn PFF on every 2 minutes.

I'd but a Karma and/or LotG in it.

Or accept the mission, talk to the contact again, and tell him to <bleep!. the <bleep!> <bleep!> and <bleep!> himself <bleep!> with a <bleep!> <bleep!> ... I mean.... Tell him you want to drop the mission. Then he'll move you on to the next one on the list.

Switch the 0 and 1 in those commands if you prefer it the other way around.

This change only affects the character you enter it on. You need to change every character individually to make it affect all your characters.

Schizophrenia has absolutely nothing to do with multiple personality changes.

It is generally assumed that the misconception came from an anachronistic description of the symptoms including "Sudden and drastic personality changes", and people assuming that this meant going from one distinct persona to another, where it more accurately referred to the drastic mood swings that can occur.

Making this badge could offend many people, and with good reason.

To the original idea: No. New badges should be easily obtainable by the majority of the player base through regular play. They should not require 10+ years of solid play on a specific powerset (Empath), farming to avoid years of play to earn (Inf and Damage badges), or being forced into a playstyle that not all players enjoy (PvP badges).

Many people DON'T frequently alt. I know several people who play one character to the exclusion of all others, until they feel that that character is "complete". I even know a few who only play ONE character, abandoning all others once they found the "right" one. Why should these people be forbidden to get the badge, or forced to play your way to get it?

And we already HAVE badges for frequently switching characters. They're called Day Jobs.

What Mateo is saying is 100% right. Respecs always bugged the heck out of me, because you CAN'T get the window the OP is talking about to show up outside the Enhancement Management screen.

That's why I do my respecs entirely in Mids, and just copy my work from the builder. I can actually get all my info on one screen that way.

The great thing about WP is that it makes the Fitness pool completely optional. I've never seen a primary that needed WP and Fitness to run. But taking both lets you run forever, without ever noticing that you have a blue bar to manage.

Or you can do really stupid things, like my scrapper that runs all the WP toggles, CJ, Tough, Weave, Focused Accuracy, and all three Leadership toggles. Just because I can.

Another good tip, I think it came from Fulmens:

Almost anything you want, so does someone else too. When you put your bid up, bid on twice as many recipes and salvage as you need. Craft both, and sell the one you don't need. At worst, you break even on the extra. At best, you can make a tidy profit.

I don't have anything on Freedom, so I have to keep my bids reasonable so I don't eat a huge market fee transferring - I'm not nearly as ebil as I should be.

And if you can't get it resolved, look at it this way - You get a bunch of extra merits for redoing the arcs.

Take your router out and plug the computer directly into the modem. If this makes it work, then your router's firewall is blocking the connection. Reconnect the router, and refer to your manual on how to open a port.

If that doesn't work, or you don't have a router, turn off your firewall or antivirus program and try again. If it works now, refer to your Firewall or Antivirus's documentation on how to open its ports.

If this still doesn't work, try removing both simultaneously. As before, refer to the appropriate documentation for how to open ports.

If neither firewall, nor antivirus, nor router is responsible, other people may have suggestions on how to get things working.

And remember to reconnect your router and re-enable your antivirus and firewall when you're done!

In a respec window, I have always (since they were implemented) gotten the popup when hovering over an IO, which shows the set bonuses.

I have NEVER gotten the "total enhancement values" popup mousing over the power in a respec screen though - only on the "place enhancements" screen.

You don't get the "total enhancement values" popup on the level up screen either.

You have to create TWO accounts to play the game - One PlayNC Master Account, which allows you to create game accounts for various PlayNC games, and one City of Heroes Game Account to actually play the game.

Did you do both?
