Each patron has four arcs, IIRC, two 40-45, and two 45-50. None of these can be accessed via flashback. The only way to redo them is to roll a new toon and unlock patrons, or join another player on their arcs.

I think the patron arc that unlocks the patron pool will always be excluded from Ouroboros, because I think you're only allowed to have one of the four badges on any given character.
But I agree that the other 3 should be accessable from Ouro.
Or possibly if you respec into a different patron pool it gives you access to that patron's arcs. I could live with that as well.

Furthermore, make it like the missions to unlock the origin stores on blueside in Brickstown and Founder's Falls. Anyone can buy/sell from those origin contacts, even characters who aren't that origin, as long as they do that contact's mission(s). Let people go back and respec into another Patron arc, but only if they do that arc as well. Doing each Patron arc would unlock that arc for respeccing into.

There I was between a rock and a hard place. Then I thought, "What am I doing on this side of the rock?"
Is there anyway to replay any of the patron story arcs? It's like the ONLY set of awesome story arcs that seem to have not been ported over to Oroborous.
Like, if I respec I know I can select from additional patron power sets, but that doesn't enable me to replay the patron story arcs, right?
Let me know if there's someway around this please, "Time After Time" was one of my favorite arcs to play, and I'd love the chance to replay some of those missions if there's someway to do it.
