Changed Respec value screen? Or Bug?

I think those windows only pop up in the regular Enhancement Management screen, not while leveling up or doing a respec.
Just think, we didn't even have that at all before the "Real Numbers" update.
I've been doing respecs on my Dominators. They were there just a few days ago. I'll go try it again. Maybe I was just tired. I DID just get off of a midnight shift. 
Use Mid's planner to plan a respec. You get the real numbers as pop ups and lots of other nifty stats.

I just want to know if it is a bug or not. If it isn't, then I'll be nagging someone to give me my values back. As it stands now it is a pain in the [censored].

[/ QUOTE ] Like I said.. we used to never have numbers anywhere. We are lucky we have them in the Enhancement Management screen now, but I don't remember them ever being there during a respec.
I could be wrong, but either way, maybe you can add that suggestion in the box that it be added/re-added.
You must not be talking about the same thing that I am. I am talking about the percentages that show for what we slotted. If you were to look at your powers right now, mouse over one and the percentage for what you have slotted would show up. 97% accuracy, Immob duraction 12.5%... that kind of stuff. We've had that for a very long time now. I'm not talking about just the base modifiers. Of course, those aren't there now either since the entire pop-up will not appear.
You do have tooltips set to display, right? :x

You don't get the same pop up for how the enhancements are doing during a respec like you do when you look at your enhancements through the enhancement tray link.

In a respec window, I have always (since they were implemented) gotten the popup when hovering over an IO, which shows the set bonuses.
I have NEVER gotten the "total enhancement values" popup mousing over the power in a respec screen though - only on the "place enhancements" screen.
You don't get the "total enhancement values" popup on the level up screen either.

I dont know why things would have changed, but I'll go double check. I never touch that stuff. Unless something altered it with a patch it should be fine. THanks for the Tooltip tip.

That window is what does not pop up anymore. The red tabs at the top of each column are the only way to get stats now when you do a respec.

[/ QUOTE ] Like I said before.. those popups do not display during a respec, nor do I remember them ever popping up during a respec. They are only displayed in the Enhancement Management screen like you have shown.
Well you are wrong. I've been doing respecs for over 4 years. It has always been there. When you slot your powers after you choose them those windows have been there. They always have been. I haven't been deluding myself for all this time just to bring it up now. Like I said earlier, I have been respec-ing my Doms. I just did two within the week.

[/ QUOTE ] It certainly wasn't there 4 years ago. Real numbers wasn't even around then.. and when it was added, it was only added to the one screen, not to the respec screen.
I'm not the only person who is saying this. Nobody else seems to be agreeing with you or remembering it your way.
If everybody besides you are all remembering wrong, that's fine.. so /bug it and/or make a suggestion to bring it back. Sitting here arguing about something we can't change.. wont change anything.
You know, you are right. I won't argue. You can think that when you do a respec that not seeing what totals your enhancements add up to until you are completely done with the respec has always been the way we've done it... well that's fine with me. I just got the confirmation I need. I'll ask that this thread be deleted due to sheer insanity.
I've sent a PM to Niviene to read this. I've also asked her to delete it after she does.

What he's talking about is the tooltip information that's been popping up for as long as I can remember when you hover over a power in the slotting screen during the respec. It's the same as you get in the Management screen when you hover over a power. It doesn't lst real numbers, just the percentages of the slotting.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

The popup he linked to wasn't always there. Hovering a power or enhancement used to display info in a small window in the bottom right corner of the screen instead. The tooltip was added and the window was removed... and I believe that was done post- Real Numbers.
Yes, before real numbers, I've seen the percentage show up while you are placing enhancements (in respec or not).. but not while simply hovering over a power. You'd have to have an enhancement in your "hand" that is affecting that power to see any kind of info about particular percentages.
What Mateo is saying is 100% right. Respecs always bugged the heck out of me, because you CAN'T get the window the OP is talking about to show up outside the Enhancement Management screen.
That's why I do my respecs entirely in Mids, and just copy my work from the builder. I can actually get all my info on one screen that way.

I tried to do a respec this morning after the morning maintenance. I won't do it. Not as it stands now. The pop-up window that shows the values as you mouse over a specific power you want to slot no longer appears. The only way to tell your Acc/Dmg etc... is through those red tabs on top of each power column. This just won't do.
I was not sure if this was someone's bad idea or a bug. I bugged it.
