Or you're rolling a new toon of the same type and starting over?

I ask because if he's over level 5, he CANNOT enter into a level pact.

Yes, sorry if I didn't make this clear -- I AM rerolling him, and pacting him as a level one char.

I don't have anything on Freedom, so I have to keep my bids reasonable so I don't eat a huge market fee transferring - I'm not nearly as ebil as I should be.
