Well, I don't have any confirmation, but let's look at it this way. Architect Edition was boxed and set up and advertised as "Your choice between two exclusive in-game item packs, the Cyborg Pack or the Magic Pack."
If they changed it so that Super Science booster pack would be included, all unsold boxes would have to be recalled and new boxes printed up with the new option.
Part of that is 'Truth in Advertising'. If they include something that is not advertised, they could potentially sued for not disclosing all info of what is available as a bonus.
There would also be an uproar of buyers of the edition before Super Science who wanted it included and not having a choice to select it when later buyers have the option.
A good example is the pre-order helmets that are now available as part of a vet badge, I believe there are still players who resent that, believing it was their right for buying the preorder and it shouldn't be available to anyone else.

There may be a few but I believe most were satisfied because before the vet reward they were stuck with only one, the vet reward gave them access to all of them.
My thoguht was that AE edition gave a token for a booster pack, and that the advertising mentioned the two which had been announced due largely in part to the fact that msot people can't see in 4 dimensions and so the future remains shrouded in mystery.
I overthought the situation, and after purchasing the edition, discovered my folly. It allows you to choose specifically between SB1 and 2. Having already bought them both, I'm now in somewhat of a lurch. I bought SB3, and emailed support, begging for help essentially.
If I don't get it, it's my own stupid fault, but to anyone who thought as I did reading this, you can't get SB 3 with AE edition.

Am I missing something painfully obvious here? If your sole intention was to aquire SB III, why did you spend $19.99 on the Architect Edition when you could have saved 10 bucks by buying the booster by itself for $9.99 here.

You are missing something. AE edition also comes with free month of play. 10+15=25 for 20. Small discount, but still there.
At least you get a "free" month. Granted, that month cost you $19.99 instead of $14.99, but ...

I get that there is a free month. But the statement being "out 19.99" indicates that the purchase was a *complete* waste of all the money spent. "Out 5 bucks" I guess would have been more accurate.

Thing is, even before they released the Magic Pack they already confirmed that Science was coming after it.
Plus if they were intending it to work on future booster packs they would have worded it "And get your choice of Booster Pack for FREE!"

Anyone believing that is a fool, to be blunt. We were told flat out at the time that they may include it for everyone at some point in the future. And they did. I have yet, TBH, to meet anybody actually upset by this in the least.
The only - only things the developers will not include as a "freebie" (giveaway, vet reward, etc.) is anything someone paid extra for - so, for instance, Prestige Power Slide (not one of the four sprints) and the Cape of Four Winds will never be given away.

You can't be sued for giving someone extra free stuff. Otherwise everyone who bought the original box could sue for every patch to the game that has come since. "It didn't say I'd get veteran rewards! I'm suing!"
I team with the Repeat Offenders.
as it stands
AE edition is only coded atm to award SB I or II with purchase
till they code in SB III you are forced to go into customer support otherwise
hopefully they add the option though

Actually, i would buy two more ae editions just because of it. Why? Because that way i can get then faster. Here on Brazil the ncsoft is sold by a company called LEVELUP GAMES. They are incompetent. Right now they even forgot to update their selling options to include the magic pack. But the AE edition is available, and with it the boosters.

I've been reading posts like yours for a while now concerning how people playing this game in Brazil have trouble getting the latest new content like this new Booster Pack. What exactly makes it so hard for Brazilians specifically? Why do you have to work through another company (whatever LEVELUP GAMES is) to get these things? Does it have something to do with how credit card transactions work when you try to buy something online coming from outside of Brazil?
I could see how it might be hard to get retail boxed editions of games in different places around the world. But it seems like as long as you have a credit card and direct access to a website a person should be able to buy an access key like the ones for these Booster Packs from anywhere in the world.

See what I bolded there? That would be a BIG mistake.
You can only apply one of each type of code to your account. One CoH, one CoH Collector's Ed, one GVE, one AE Edition, etc, etc.
Those extra AE Editions would be wasted money, because you would be unable to add them to your account.

The other option would be to save the serial code for when/if you ever wanted to open a second account. Then you get the cyborg or magic booster and a free month. Even if you don't, you have a disk with the game up to issue 14 on it...saves a little time downloading and setting up on a reinstall. Not great but trying to find the half-full glass.
