Ouroboros Badges now missing?

I would politely ask that the issue be escalated to a Senior GM. They should be able to verify the badges were there by loading a backup of the database if you can give them an approximate time frame when you know you had them.
If they still are unable to help you, try sending a PM to Nivienne or Avatea and ask them if they can assist in any way in gettin it resolved.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

And if you can't get it resolved, look at it this way - You get a bunch of extra merits for redoing the arcs.

Shortly after the Flashback system was introduced to the live servers, I spent quite a while on my main corrupter obtaining all of the flashback badges. Recently I've logged on to find that all of the Ouroboros badges between 20-45 ranges are now missing from my character.
I've petitioned the issue, and was told that the game system cannot verify that my character ever had the badges, nor that they were taken away, and for that reason, Support cannot remedy the situation.
I'm at a loss, because getting those badges took so much time. I'm irritated at having to do them all over again, since my corrupter is my villain badger.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, was the problem resolved? Support has closed my ticket indicating that they cannot help further. While I understand that they may have limits to what they can do, I'm still miffed at the fact that the badges were taken away and that no one can do anything about it.
