One thing to note is Khelidans get no EPPs at all. So, unlike the Soliders of Arachnos, they don't even get PPPs

Me, I'm (generally) happy having one of each AT to 50, and... formerly having (bloody electric control! But I did ask for it...) one of each Control set to 50. -
As of today, it was something like 58 characters for a person to get one of each powerset to 50. Might of been some overlap, but not sure how much.

As I said before I can begrudgingly tolerate a few account-wide badges. I don't like them but I know the Anniversary badges sort of served a purpose before the Vet badges were introduced.
But indeed beyond that there's no logical argument for any others to be account-wide unless you're willing to ignore the fundamental character-based nature of this game. The Devs' should have come up with the concept of "player badges" that would not be directly attached to any character. That would have served as a workable compromise for those people who like to see this game as being player-centric. -
What origin a ghost is really depends on why they are a ghost, to me.
Died and just didn't move on? Natural
Cursed? Magic
Somehow summoned/made? Either Magic or Tech.
I could also see Mutant, if they were one with Out-of-Body capability and something happened and made them stuck as an ethereal being. -
The only thing I could see being iffy (and that it's iffy is iffy :P) would be the respec, but I'm pretty sure that's tied to the badge directly, just like the PPP unlock is for other ATs.

Also the Foreshadow in the game now is different from the Korean launch of the character. The current one does not have the pistol. He is a MA/SR Scrapper. I want that sword attacks AND the pistol. It would be soooooo fun to play that. I have no idea how it would play, some sort of Single Pistol Primary and a hybrid Sword Secondary set. Or some mixed Sword/Pistol Primary. I dunno. But it would be too fun!
Foreshadow has always been the martial artist we now have.
You are thinking of Spark Blade, Katana/SR with Lightning and Pistol Signature powers.
The "City of Hero" four are Foreshadow, Mirror Spirit, Spark Blade, and Rose Star. The trailer has Mirror and Rose already knowing eachother, and Spark and Foreshadow charging ahead thinking the other is the bad guy, as I recall. -

Zone teleport isnt really that much, it is a huge recharge clicky that allows you to travel from 1 zone to another. A temp mission-teleporter (instant cast now) is more of use.
Besides, sometimes you just want to be in a certain zone and don't have a mission in it and far away from a train or ferry. Especially hero side where there is a very limited set of choices to zone to from Ouro.

And while you didn't ask about Khelds, other than them not getting not getting the PPPs, everything else with them is the same : No APP access, and they have to wait until 20 to switch from their designed starting side - haven't made either on test yet, but I think both skip the Galaxy City Tutorial completly.
And why would SoAs get access to the locked behind the villain patron story arcs if they go hero and never do the patron arcs? -
Have you tried checking the Task Manager? If there are any copies of the NCSoft laucher running there, highlight and choose "End Process". Then try restarting the program.

Changing it to the ground punch would defeat the purpose of the change - namely making it work (and not look silly) while hovering. That's been my biggest annoyance since picking up White Dwarf form - Teleporting into a mob and not being able to AoE.

KB is only good is your a solo player.
If my AoE spell will do 100 dmg on say 10 targets ( 1000 dmg total) and you blow them up so I only hit one target for 100 dmg, you have robbed me of 900 dmg. How can you NOT see that as a problem? -
Only thing to say is if it is Knockdown, slotting it for Knock will turn it into Knockback. Also, using it on KB weak or lower level critters can turn KD into knockback.
Knockup, however is always knockup. -

You can also craft Alpha components out of the salvage and Thread drops you get from going on Incarnate Trials. I'd consider using shards easier than threads for the T3 and T4 alphas, just because you can be guarenteed to get a Notice from the WST and then get enough shards while running for the 4 notices if you need a Favor for the T4 -

The only restrictions would be what sets the power can take.
Globals of course wouldn't care if it was on or off, and only affect you.
Procs in a toggle will affect you if they say "caster" or the targets of the proc (in this case, the enemy) if it says "target". -

Desdemona really doesn't have much if anything to do with Praeotria.
Maelstrom does, but that's because he gets sent there prior to "your" start in praeotira, and ends up switching side to Cole.
