  1. I'd still suggest one play a Solder of Arachnos for their Tactical Training toggles along with the Leadership Pool
  2. You might be able to get good mileage out of Necro/Thermal, Thermal has some good heals and shields.
  3. Here's a quick little build of an MM I've made up, I'll either go with Soul Mastery or Heat Mastery, although Heat Mastery annoyingly doesn't have a shield. Anyway, some critiques, please.

I'm tempted to throw in Nimble Slash for Weaken as well, but I dunno what to drop, as I want to have good defenses as well. Here's my build plan.

    A Brute with DB

Now this is wanting me to drop a power to pick up Nimble Slash so I can have three combos... how good are Tough and Weave? That's two that I have planned.
  10. I suggest you push your characters up to 20 to unlock the Soldier of Arachnos villain epic archetypes, they're always fantastic to team with their Tactical Training abilities, they'd go great with each other, or with MMs, who would take particular advantage of it on their pets.

Edit: Although, now that I think about it, up until Lv 24 SoAs are fairly difficult to play...
  11. Pseudonym1

    Ninja Run??

To be perfectly honest, if you're in an AT with a buld that includes Mental Training/Lightning Reflexes or it's equivalents, you don't need a travel power. That inherent boost, when properly slotted along with sprint/swift/hurdle is more than enough to compensate.
  12. Pseudonym1

    A Brute with DB

I'm running a pretty tight build DB/WP, it looks like I'll only be able to fit two combos in (Six attacks, that is), which two are the best combos?
  13. So, kinda like how they did with Kinetic Melee, except on blasts?
  14. Depending on the the Primary/Secondary, MMs can be a snorefest (I'm looking at you Bots/FF) you can be more active and less team support ( /Traps in general) or tend to be heavy in micromanaging and support (Ninjas/ and Zombies/, pretty much)

Edit: I remember when I had a Bots/FF, I would actually send them off to a battle buffed up, alt-tab out of the game and do something else for a few minutes, and then come back to see I've won the fight.
  15. Mastermind, all the way. You're your own team as an MM.

Maybe. The closest thing to the actual show I've watched was the parody on South Park. What can I say? I only watch good TV.
  17. Make a Punks/Traps MM based on Dog the Bounty Hunter! >_>
  18. You want to take a look at the Healing sets as there are a few sets that have a special one that can enhance Regen/Recovery a good amount, also, Energy Mastery is a good APP to take as they have another ability that can enhance Regen/Recovery.
  19. Heck, go with a Johnny Cage movie-style bit and make a Ninja MM with the pets as Extras, Stunt Doubles, and Pyrotechnicians.
  20. Well, I figured Focused Accuracy would keep me from having to worry too much about putting accuracy IOs late game, that and the Chance for Build Up invention.

Does the Chance for Build Up randomly go off with Toggles or can it only happen when you turn the power on?
  21. I decided to try to make a Brute and take advantage of some of the new APPs, I realize I won't likely be able to include all of the sets, but if I at least include the Regen/Recovery enhancing special invention enhancements, I should be able to get 660+% Regen and 250+% Recharge, at least, that's what Totals says.

I was hoping to be able to fit Assault/Tactics in, but I don't have enough room, annoyingly.

    Anyway, please give a critique.

  22. With these new changes to brutes, it makes them getting Chill Mastery more acceptable, too. (Brutes used to be able to pick Ice Melee, but it was kicked as it wound up slowing fury generation too much)
  23. You have to rezone to fix it, or just lure some enemies to them and have them kill the minions.
  24. I saw that happen a few times in beta, /bugged it, looks like they haven't fixed it, though.
