Quote:When you earn a badge in the itrials you receive a random piece of uncommon incarnate salvage. Each time you meet the requirements for that badge afterwards you receive an extral astral merit. When you get the "Master of" badge you receive a random piece of rare salvage. How do the Trial badges work? I've never really pay attention, so all I know is I get some extra salvage occasionally; I don't know if certain rarities are tied to certain badges, or if it's completely random.
If earning the badges gets me a few extra uncommon or better salvage, then I'm all for it. If it's just going to get me more commons (or a roll on the end of arc table, which is mostly commons), then no thanks, I get more than I can use of those already.
That aside, I do think each time you complete one of the three harder badge requirements n the DA arcs (Time Saver, Knows no Fear, and Lone Wolf) there should be some extra reward. Either an astral merit or a reward table with better odds of getting rare/very rare salvage at the end of the arc would be nice. -

I recommend seeing a doctor if you have a problem with staff leaking.

Quote:The Kraken tentacles con as Monsters, but they're really Boss class as far as their health and status protections (at least.) They're also completely immobile and either don't have ranged attacks or have very small aggro radii.See, the problem with that is that if they gave you something worth your time for destroying monster class enemies in a normal mission, people would find a way to farm it.
And this is hardly the first instance of getting no rewards for tough opponents. There are plenty of missions (mostly in tips) where a boss class mob will 'surrender' just before being defeated. Even though the player has defeated the mob for all practical purposes, no defeat experience or rewards are given. -

Quote:I like the frozen armor graphics just fine on my ice tanker. After all, that character is ice themed. But on characters where I'm grabbing it from an AP just to get some defense I'd prefer something less intrusive. I'd also really like to be able to recolor the AP/PP since some of the res/def toggles have colors that really clash with some costumes.i must be one of the few poeple who likes the graphics for ice armor lol
in terms of builds though most of my mm go with mace mastery cause i can get the shield with only 1 power pick and it also gives energy defense and toxic resist which ice armor has neither
however on my doms i frequently pick ice mastery because it has so many good powers in the set -

Quote:Top tier should definitely have been a grizzly. One too many wolves, the tier three should of been a gorilla or bear, otherwise remove the lions and just call it wolf mastery.
Or a giant panda (they're more dangerous than they look.)

Quote:The real drawback to the secondary set holds is that they have much longer recharge times than the primaries. Poison and time have 16 second recharge times while trick arrow's is 18 seconds. The holds that come in secondaries usually don't offer any damage and their hold time is about half to 2/3rds that found in a Controller's primary. Also, I don't know if the holds in a secondary have the chance to "Overpower"... i THINK they do, but not certain.

Just a quick point: The superior ATO proc in Blazing Arrow should have an 83% proc chance, making it a no-brainer to keep.

Quote:I don't think you need to explain anything. Adding a new enhancement origin type that is functionally the same as an invention set (the market bought versions of IO's are attuned as well) isn't something that's worth a lot of work. And thank you for all the work that you and the other Titan crew do.For reasons that are too complicated to get into, Mids is going to have to treat them the same as IOs. I looked into overhauling the enhancement database so that it could handle attuned enhancements and so forth, but it's way too complicated to do in a reasonable amount of time, so no go there.
Luckily, it won't ever refer to them as Archetype Enhancements or some abbreviation thereof anyway, so I'm safe.
I bet the pressure is REALLY on after 10 days without a bathroom. -
If I wanted inf so much, I'd just spend the 800 pts on super packs and sell the ATOs and use the merits to buy stuff to sell. It would take a long time for a 10% bonus just on inf earned to beat that out.

There was a character mentioned in one of the early Xanth books whose talent was the ability to urinate in different colors.

That's what killed it for me. I don't think I have a single character whose style would be enhanced by a little green sidekick.

Quote:I understand now why I hadn't noticed, I don't pvp much and the concentrated strike change was pvp only (and it was a bug correction.)the concentrated strikes damage was cut in half and all the other attacks for kinetic melee was lowered by 10-20points, im a pvper and ever since i22 came out KM has been a joke in pvp zones, if in the future the developoers do something like this again to another powerset then the players who put their enhancement boosters on that toon will probably want to scrap that toon for another, i dont want other players to go through what i did
