No warning anymore before Phantom Army wears off?

Just tested this on my Ill/Sonic. Mine blinks still. Not sure why yours isn't. May want to check in tech issues/bugs.

Check your setting in options for "disable blinking" for status window, group window, and pet window.

When I've used Phantom Army in the past the icon would blink a good 10 seconds before the PA disappears.
Now theres no warning, they just disappear.
Can you bring the blinking back? I always looked at that icon to gauge how the battle was going and give myself time, but now with no warning I cant.
