Ya I'm splitting my money 3 or 4 ways atm and also not running full steam on the market engines. It's exhausting to make 20b a month.
-
Ya Lionel and Lex made this series watchable, most of the rest was poorly handled.
-
No I mean from a solo dps point of view which ones calculates to more damage for single target chains and aoe chains?
-
What is better for dps, 50% damage and 25% -res or 75% damage?

Quote:Well first off - most of the time you really want to craft the IOs because that's where most of the profit is. After you get your shiny new crafted Reactive Armor, for example, you now need to check going prices. Most of those are at 20 million currently. Almost everyone selling them is listing for less than 20 million however. Why ? Because the lowest listing goes to the highest bidder. Therefore the trick is listing it at a price you feel is high enough to be worthwhile for you but that will still sell. For 20 million influence IOs I generally list at 11-14 million if it seems like there is alot of competition and 15-17 million if it seems otherwise.Wish I knew how you guys did it, been farming bronze rolls for days, and absolutely nothing I get seems to be worth anything, I've gotten crushing impacts, reactive armors, miracle heals etc etc, and they just sit on the trading house for days and days and I am barely listing them even at 1/10th of the last 5 selling bids (which are usually things sold from a couple of days ago) I might have gotten ONE good recipe in all the rolls I have had and that was a performance shifter chance for endurance, which I kept for my ss/fire brute. The market seems like a fickle beast, I sometimes have recipes where the last few bids would be for millions 15-20+ or more, but currently there are no bidders or sellers for the particular item, and the winning bids would be from up to a week or more ago, and of course when i list, they just seem to take up my selling slots. I admit I'm not good at this, i like knowing what an item sells for (was an ah junkie in wow) and not have to guess all the time. Some of the guides here seem well enough but it feels like in actual practice I'm just messing it up.

Sandman (easy to get in TPB form) is Gaiman's magnum opus.
-
Fly really just gets punched in the face because it looks pretty and the dev posse are afraid to let it be good. It cannot wander around without bruises on it's face for fear that everyone would take it.
It could easily have a max speed of 70 mph and an endurance cost of 0.46 eps like other powers without overshadowing them, but as it stands now a person with ninja run and sprint can get around at ~70mph compared to fly's 58 mph. Even at 70 mph, SJ is 85 and SS is like 94, so fly would still be the slowest one. -
When I'm lazy I sit out in the 5-20m IO niches (2-8m profit usually) and craft 10-20 a day for volume sales.
If I'm in an up swing I'll typically look at the 30-100m IO niches (20-50m profit usually) and craft 3-10 a day.
I typically market on 5-12 toons each day depending on how lazy I feel or not which typically results in 70-100m profit minimum per day. -
the +hp is terrible in comparison to the +regen.

IMO ice is better suited to being paired with shield or DA or fire - sets that need an extra bit of survivablity. WP is solid without much help from the secondary.
-
Me and Fulmens can handle it along with the other few that joined up. More would just be faster.

If true then it is good to know he will not be plotting against with such horrendous attacks again. The important part in all of this is, what will America do next in terms of it's military position and extensions in other countries ? Will the higher ups keep pointing at new targets under the same 'war on terror' banner to keep the war going or will they realize cutting back is the more prudent move politically and in terms of resources ?
-
The 'prison' they built likely is meant for 2 things - a place to hide from the silence during the info gathering period and it may also be a prison for someone later.
-
56 billion influence ? That must be short a few 0s.
-
I typically have around 10-20b between my toons, but in 5 months time I acquired and converted 100b on Guardian Crazy 88s.
-
I'd split it between my toons (500m each for market money) and then burn the rest between various crazy 88s groups.

The way thew new FE was coded (to the best of my knowledge) it now turns on a flag for your character. After that every single applicable power in every powerset (not pool powers and also not patron/ancillary iirc) was coded to deal some fire damage if the player has that flag activated.
Basically, pool, patron and ancillary were left out on purpose. -
The DoT being better damage is fairly obvious IMO. The real question is : Reactive vs Diamagnetic's -regen.
-
The procs also do not work in DoT rain powers like caltrops or rain of fire from my experience.
-
Nope, I'm not working on the end mods just a few multi aspect pieces.
-
it would be a clever idea chaos, however, I already sell my performance shifters because I undercut everyone.
-
I propose that we move up from clearing out salvage to clearing out some IOs and recipes with 150+ for sale listings. A good place to start would be performance shifter IOs.
-
Just use the incarnate Barrier as a tier 9 effect, or what is better for an invul - Rebirth (heal plus good +regen).
-
Tap the Well Armor ( using some means you tap into the well of the furies' power and use it to augment your own).

Tier 4: Universal Mind - toggle +35% res to psi, standard mez protection (aside from KB).
Tier 5: Shatter Confidence - click power 40ft targeted radial aoe applies a placate effect followed by a 20 second taunt effect, -10% damage and -10% defense to all targets. max targets 17. 75 second recharge.

Tier 8: Gift of the Well - toggle power user and all allies in 25ft range gain 15% resistance to all debuffs user loses 2% max hp for each ally in range. All allies in range get +10% max hp.
Tier 9:Threads of Immortality - click power 90 seconds of untouchable status (duration is enhanceable), 120 seconds of +100% damage, +20% tohit, 50% +recovery. 300 second downtime uneffected by +rech. -40 endurance after 120 seconds. -
What kind of census can we come to on these as far as which is best for which sets?
I'm leaning toward always having Ageless as a backup due to the rez ability (squishies might die and tanks can then rez) but for a main power to use I'm thinking the heal/+regen is the best fit for all but WP tanks.
