Nope they do I got two tokens this month while I didn't make any purchase of points. One token at an odd date other at the date when I get stipends and I was getting it like this in every three month or so since freedom launched.

g) There is no 1130 paragon point option if you are going to use yearly money spend on things than use proper numbers. There is 1320 pp model which is a tad bit more expensive than vip subsription (especially if you are in a more than one month model) and you totally forget about 12 tokens vips get in adition to 5 token from those 6600 point if nothing else (yes vip points counts towards token so at least at each three months you actually get 4 token instead of 3 if you are tier 9 there will be more)

Quote:Wait for omega slot and try again at that point :PWell it appears I've been humbled.
Averaging 2 minutes/pylon I killed 14/18 before they began to reappear one by one. The odd the thing was that which one reappeared seemed to be random, at least at first glance. It appears that each individual pylon isn't on its own timer, rather the whole of them are on a universal 30 minute clock, with each separate pylon respawning according to hidden order.
I used no temps or inspirations. I probably should have.
If the limit is 30 minutes you'd have to average about 1.6 minutes per Pylon in order to get through them all in time (this is counting travel time). This is well enough beyond my means at the present moment.
That leaves another question that I'm curious about - are the Mothership's shields dependent on ALL Pylons being active, or just one? If it's one then there's really no hope period. By these standards even if I managed a minute per pylon I'd only have 12 minutes to set the requisite bombs, pull U'Kon and murder him.
Of course if each bomb gives me, say, 10 minutes there might be hope if I manage to set one just under the wire, but if U'Kon only spawns with 2+ I'd still have to login under multiple separate toons just to get him to appear. At that point I'd still need to pull him and hope he doesn't bring a squad of Magi as well.
I think it probably COULD be done if I brought every dual inspiration/amplifier/shivan/nuke/signature summon etc. to bear but that just doesn't seem worth it. What glory can there be when you are able to literally BUY a safe's worth of buffs? I have a hard time using REGULAR inspirations during normal play. It always feels like cheating to me. Maybe with another level shift or two I'll give this a try.
All in all I'm ultimately glad I couldn't accomplish this feat. The fact that power has creeped enough to let me entertain the idea that I could solo an event designed for 24+ players is probably a bad thing.
So good. Good that it bested me. I still probably got further than I should have... -
Quote:I am not sure how you get this calculated i am not going to ask either sinceTry to keep up, Nethergoat. For the same amount of money, Premium players get 13560 points compared to VIPs 6600 points per year. Premium effectively pays 50% of what VIPs do for things available on the store.
What balances VIP is the stuff that isn't available on the store -- incarnates, bases, some other things I don't use and have forgotten. But if the VIP is not interested in that free stuff, they are getting screwed compared to Premium players. We've already established that earlier in the thread.
a) premiums don't get tokens unless they pay for points or being have at least a month of subscription before going premium. Each token requires you to buy 1200 points which VIP gets free each month one.
b) VIP gets at least 400 points monthly premium none.
c) vip gets access to invention, auction, MA premium needs either specific tier (tier 4 for auction at earliest) and you need tokens to get those tiers.
d) vip gets all AT's while premium needs to pay 1200 pp (1000 for epics) for each or need to be a tier 5 earliest (which requires 14400 points to have enough token to open tier 5 or 12 month of subscription and this only non-epic AT's, epic AT's require vip or buying).
e) vip gets 12 character slot in each server while premium gets 2 global a character slot x5 bundle is 1600 points so there is a 3200 points of difference no matter what is your tier.
f) vips get going rogue and alignment system as well as first and night wards as free premiums need to pay for them. -
Quote:It will effect yes but it won't effect it too much. For an example I have whole gaussian set on build up and still i can say that it is proccing almost everytime. If it is a power that has too much recharge it won't be effected much because of %90 chance cap. If it is not however the recharge buff of a single slot will effect it less too so change would be less than %10(for example instead of %60 it will be %58.76 or %56 but no less than %50 and probably more like %59.40).It seems that many of the ATO Procs have a Recharge enhancement component built into them.
Wouldn't this affect its own PPM rate even without slotting for further Recharge?
If so, is the net effect enough to warrant asking for the Recharge component to be removed, changed to a different attribute or to have the PPM upped to compensate for it?
For a more real example; I used golden dragonfly power as an example for brute ATO. Brute first ATO sets fury bonus has a ppm of 5. This means it fires 5 times in a minute at tops. Golden dragonfly has a recharge of 12 second so it has a (60/12 = 5) PPM/5 times chance of triggering proc since brutes fury bonus is 5 PPM it means it has a chance of 1/1 (in other words %100 chance) to trigger proc but becuase of %90 cap it brought down to %90 (0.9) now according to mids if I just put brutes proc into golden dragnfly it has 9.74 second recharge time. After making calculations it shows a 0.81167 in other words %81.167 chance of triggering proc. It dropped triggering chance yes but in previous stuation you actually had 4.5 PPM (0.9 triggering chance with 5 times in a minute 0.9*5=4.5 triggering proc in a minute) now you have a little more than 4.8 PPM ( >=0.8 trigger chance with >= 6 times in a minute triggering 0.8*6= 4.8 actual numbers can be closer to 5 PPM) -
On pylon thread in scrapper forums there was one person who manage to beat all pylons solo and brought down shields. I think his character was a SoA spider and he used lots of temp powers but it can be done.
For bomb part I think you got me wrong I meant forming a league with someone and letting them change your team I didn't mean they are helping you plant bombs directly. You will be planting bombs solo just that your team will be different each time. Admitedly I don't know if this will work since I don't know if it just marks everyone in same team or is there a seperate team number kept in code and it only checks that. If it is marking you than as someone else suggested your best bet is making 3 other stalkers and try to stealth into bomb sites. -
probably because examples you gave not fit in the usual Super Hero definition. True they possess similiar or more powers but in eithers case they are not known by the world. Son Goku only known as martial arts expert but never called a hero until end of GT series (which is not a canon product itself) Ichigo only known to a handful of people as what he is doing and they don't really call him hero either.
From what I see at manga or anime there isn't much people that you can really call Super Hero because ;
a) They are not known to world or even at local town there isn't anyone admire their works other than their friends and close relatives(even x-men despite being mutants have consderable amount of admirers in marvel world)
b) They don't give vibe of heroes. Both Son Goku and Ichigo only fights against treats that are close to them (admitedly some have better sensory) but Batman or Spidey goesa out on patrols and clean most of crime they find without considering its level.
c) Most of anime main heroes either has a weak personality or weak physical/mental image. Most Super Heroes on the other hand are aware of their surrounding and actions on thought level rather than instinct level and even those have weak physicals have a way to overcome that (like telekinesis or mind control etc.) Weak points of Heroes are more humane than anime characters ( Spiderman is always unlucky, Ironman is alcoholic, Hulk has anger issues!!)
Now I don't say there are not manga or anime that fits to Super Hero definition but they are too few and almost all of them unpopular discontinued products.
Second reason I see is drawing technique. Drawings on manga were inspired by Disney's Mickey Mouse and that genre it gives too much of a cartoonish feel than what people may like to see this is especially true when it comes to head drawings. -
Considering how staff was released I say at least a month later.

Quote:A way to overcome is asking for help from someone and forming a league with them than asking them to switch your team when you planted a bomb. But I am not sure if this works. Leaguemates doesn't need to come with you as long as they are in same zone so you would still be soloing it.I believe you need 3-4 bombs planted to spawn the GM. Since you can only plant one per team per 30 minutes...you'll be sort of out of luck there.
For pylons I think it is either 30 or 45 minute for a pylon to respawn and once first pylon respawned all will respawned (meaning shields will be up and you will be TP'ed) so you have about that much time to jump and plant bombs to get extra time. -
Did this one with two characters both wee T4 in all slots except hybrid. My wharshade had a little bit easier time with monsters than my kat/sr scrapper only because it is better AoE toon. I didn't die in both characters but it took a LONG time to kill monsters more time on each spawn than the final spawn. I used lores and judgement on first spawn of monsters and my lore was recharged when I reached to romulus.

Bio changes how your character look as much as stone armor. If that is not a problem than I say bio I olny played with it in a couple of DfB and i have a db/wp 50 i would gladly reroll my 50 when bio comes out if I didn't haver enough extra character slots.

Well I would pass the corrosive enyzmes totally. First you are paired with water which works much like StJ so you will be piling up water powers for bigger effects. Second corrisve enyzmes does not give natures bloom so skipping them not drop your dps, control or buff capabilities.
I would take assault iirc defenders give out %18.xx damage bonus with it. Even if you don't team it will help on your own dps but since you have vengeance and plan to take new leadership power I guess you are making this toon for teaming. (it isbetter than offense amplifiers dam bonus and almost double t4 hybrid assault passive)
Lifegiving spores stays at one place and frankly speaking with bloom effects I doubt you will use them much. Instead you can try to get a stealth power for on more LotG recharge. I didn't make calculations but having more recharge is always good
EDIT: Forget about what i said about corrosive enyzmes i didn't realised its debufs were that high. -
Preems can access base and all features but can't pay the monthly due and if you don't pay it everything in base suddenly have power loss and you can't use some or all of base features (I know telepads don't work not sure about others)

Turkey in here. We mostly get standard dc or marvel stuff. Some are translated some in original. For a comparision new avengers and civil war and after them just recently translated. I was one of the few who knew about the guy at the end of avengers movie and that was partially because I played alot Marvel Super Heroes fighting game. Superman, batman are being sold in here from dc front and most knows Wondewoman Flash or Green Lantern others not so much. For marvel x-men, avengers, hulk, fantastic 4, spiderman, silver surfer and a couple of otbers are frequently on book stores.

I think we had a similiar situation and someone used incan destiny under NPC's feet to force her move out (it does not teleport her but since place is filled with players she is forced moved) and we finished last fight without much problem (save some players getting impatient and attacking to avatar before it was moved in center of room)

Elude does not give recharge boost but agree on others it is like soft-cap defense being bundled together with ninja run and conserve power.
-
Want to mention that Max Health and regen works as Roderick define too. So more Max end/health means more regen/recovery at each tick while more recovery/regen means faster ticks.
-
I had a build that could stack hasten about 5 second (after casting time) when I checked its combat attribute window out of curiosity it was indeed stacking another %70 (I didn't open detailed window however so i ma not sure how it was shown) recharge time reduction but it was about half a year ago.
-
Probably as SBE or as part of other events like halloween or new year.
-
There is Jane Tremblor (preatorian counterpart of Faultline) from Sutter TF who almost leveled Skyway
-
I spend alot lets just say in some months I was seeing i can't purchase more points due to 30-day spending limit. But that came to a halt at april (more precisely when hybrid change in beta occured) after that I only purchased points once to get amplifiers and that is about all.

Actually elude is better in those conditions than insps(you may not have correct insps and even if you do they only stay for 1 minute and if you have eulde you can use other insps like reds, oranges or greens) as long as you can plan out your crash (I use barrier or rebirth and conserve power when elude start blinking that gives me enough time to toggle back and my elude has around 5 minute recharge so when destiny loses its power I am ready to roll out again)
I took elude again for DA content for my kat/SR it works as a panic button rather nicely and having a 3 minute up rather than 2 and with no diminish return makes it better than destiny powers. (oh and I use it as a set mule for red fortune to get better recharge and with i24 hopefuly better resist) -
You can team up with manticore, vindicators and even whole roster of both phalanx and vindicators in Lord Nemesis TF.

Not to forget with a multibillion build people usually only focus to get enough defense and recharge. For SR almost both fronts are covered up (%20 recharge bonus is equal to two purple sets with 5 slotted each piece of a purple set is around 200 to 250 mil be it either crafted or recipe so for a %20 recharge bonus people are actually paying around 2 to 2.5 billion inf and that is subject to law of five) so you can use that multibillion to get more damage, regen and a little bit resist or even recovery if you have an end heavy primary or focus on recharge if you have a slow primary.
I guess I like SR becuase on my scrapper/brute or stalker I can focus on primary rather than secondary and I don't like to slot IO sets until my character reaches to 50 and when leveling there isn't a better set (for me at least) that works with generic IO's or SO's than SR.
