Yeah, the Maria Jenkins arc will see you paired up with several members of the Freedom Phalanx. In the 30-50 range Signature Story Arc Volume 2 Episode 1 from Wavelength you can choose which current Phallanx member joins you in the finale. Dark Astoria also lets you team up with Numina if you rescue all the citizens in Praetor Duncan's Founder's Falls mission.
You can also go to Ouroboros and play the original version of Maria Jenkins arc to still play with Statesman.
You can team up with manticore, vindicators and even whole roster of both phalanx and vindicators in Lord Nemesis TF.

I recently read Statesman has been removed almost entirely from the game. I was curious if there are any other missions where you can be teamed up with a member of the Freedom Phalanx?
I had the mission where you were teamed up with Statesman vs. Warriors and always got a kick out of his hap-hazard fighting style. XD
