    YES! I noticed this! I was culling the numbers of a mob in this mish cause my team was getting curb stomped and after like 3 deceives I get destroyed.

    *Give each of the hazard zones that have relatively no game impact a story arc quest like the Hollows and Faultline.

    *Splice in some Rogues Galleries and enemies or more supers in missions

    *Add some morality to these hazard zone story missions: vigilante justice and the straight up heroic way.

    *Update some of the police scanner missions I think I may have gotten the Ultrascope 1039439840141 times.

    *Keep on produceing tip missions there great!

    These are my suggestions what do you guys think of them? Or what would you do?

    Ice/Ice is probably one of the easiest things to kill him, all u gotta do is throw your 3 holds and he is done.

    This will work till you shut down your system.

    From my experience on this issue if you end up resolving the issue it is resolved for as long as your computer is on. If you turn it off and back on again more patches!
