How can I delete a trial account that belongs to my usual account?

Then How many vet rewards you've earned on the account.
And finally what Serial Codes Used on this Account along with the type of code (Retail, DvD, Prepurchase, Perk, Item Pack, Expansion) and the date they were applied to the account.
So it's very easy to tell the difference between a trial account you never paid for and an account you've had active even for just 1 month.
Well, I've had a /facepalm moment with a dummy 2nd account (just a Trial) that I created to pad my SG back when the Devs were giving out Prestige Bonuses. I looked up the wrong NCSoft user/pass in my notes and I accidentally bought it a Booster Pack.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
I know is hard to apply a serial code by mistake but, both got the same name and I want to keep just the account I really use.
If I have the option.

If it helps any, I've already asked several times - the answer is always "no". They will NOT delete trial accounts. If you find a way to convince them otherwise, please share the knowledge.

I would just rename the other account. name it like TrialACC or something

Weird, btw...
Not allowing accounts to be renamed isn't wierd. It's a security measure to prevent hackers or RMT companies from stealing accounts and changing the names without the real owners knowledge.
NCSoft just had a serious security issue last year where people found that there was a bug that was giving them access to other players master accounts when they logged into their own account. Once inside another persons master account they could copy or change all the personal information.

Trial accounts should be auto-deleted after, lets say 3 or 6 months if the customer dont upgrade.
This would be better for their database, I mean... Less data, more space...
