Quote:I use Neck Chain a LOT, or sometimes Heavy Neck Chain. ..... So most of my characters have "bling".For the neck problem...there's a reason why 99% of the costumes I make have the spiked collar on them.
Quote:But generally, I've prefered the look of CoH's chaarcters over the competitions! Our characters look like they should be a comic book. -
Quote:That's because they've been brainwashed by previous MMOs.I have seen players engage in outrage about how horrible it is to let people get mounts from level 1 in an MMO. OUTRAGE! How dare you let people do stuff without so much hassle?
Quote:I like CoH's travel model. -
Blasters all the way, with scrappers a close 2nd (for when I feel like melee), and I do like stalkers as well.
Corruptors? Bah, wimps. Shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot (sigh), shoot, shoot, ah, finally Scourge so now I can do blaster level damage. I can defeat 3 mobs with a blaster while a corruptor defeats 1. Corruptor buffs...what good are buffs if they don't buff ME?
I like the new Defiance of blasters as well; love putting in chance-to-hold procs in the first 2 attacks.
I just wish I had more variant secondary powerset options for blasters, too many melee attacks in them. Although, I like Power Thrust for those "get away from me, you creep" times
.
(Also, I hate playing buffbots) -
I'm telling my sister in the Midwest (USA) to add an addition to her farm house, plant an extra large garden, and create a well-stocked bunker by December.
I live in South Florida. One Atlantic tsunami and my house will be in the Gulf of Mexico, so I plan on visiting my sister for early Xmas this year and want to have that place ready for me.
(yeah, I'm joking) -
<---- Jana of the Jungle.
What else?
Although a regular DVD would be nice as the only thing available is bootleg stuff. -
Never saw the first one, but I did like this one.
My friend pointed it out to me or I would have missed it. Did anyone notice RDJ's "Joker" face after his female-disguise facial makeup got smeared a bit during the fighting? -
There was a recent thread on the same subject.
IMO, keep it as is. You can use Notepad, some other editting tool and file, or one of the websites devoted to it, to keep the full biography.
Is it really worth the Devs to mess with it and break something else? -

The fog is a great idea that is just stupid when you have to deal with it while playing. The faster it can go away the happier I'll be.
oh waaaah... just because it cuts down on your xp/minute ratio. If you don't want to play in a world of varying areas and details then stay in the AE building. Without the fog and the ghosts DA won't be much different than any other zone.
I think the fog is great and don't have all that much trouble negotiating DA. I hope it stays. -
Heh. I do have one highly-incarnate character, an elec/elec/elec blaster. I recall one time when I went the "wrong way" in a cave mission (hero tip, I think), and reached one of those large end rooms. Difficulty wasn't too high, so I ate a bunch of inspirations, "herded" the mobs together, called down Judgement upon them
, and my pets (polar lights, Voltaic Sentinel) and myself cleaned up the rest. Then I looked and saw that my seven teammates were STILL cleaning out their end room.
It was ... super. -
I know the feeling. I log in to play, not watch others play.
The more I team, the more I solo. -
Keep it at its current limit. I don't care if you were "born a poor black child.."
so you can leave that out. Just hit the highlights and keep the number of adjectives and adverbs down.
I've learned to be a better and more concise writer due to the limit. I use Notepad to reedit it as well as keep a longer bio if I want; and a couple of my characters are on VirtueVerse. -
Here's another option: talk to your teammates.

You can. It's not stopping you from going to the auction house, or street hunting.

Neat!
Now if a miniature company could get the license to make one of those for us tabletop gamers although it probably would be as big and as costly as the huge dragon miniatures that have been made (Reaper has a couple at $75 US, and could be more since that price is nearly 10 years old). -
meh. My first thought upon seeing the little "birdies" on the fence was Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Birds", and the rest of the episode didn't budge me from that thought. Well, the end was different from the movie (had to be).
I almost turned the show off within the first 10 minutes, but stuck with it anyway. Not much else on TV I want to watch and I can't spend ALL my time playing City of Heroes.
Now what would make it more interesting if my avatar was somewhere out in that jungle. muhahahahahahaha .. would love to see Jana with a pet carnisaur.
*possible SPOILERs below*
I was thinking for a bit maybe those flying things were lured to the area by the Others, er, Sixers, but it turned out not to be.
Also, had a thought that the new science guy would be the inside Sixer but that would be too obvious and too early in the series if they want to keep that mystery going. -
I never knew Asterix existed until I spent some time in Europe and visited a comic book shop. Loved the comic and read every one I could get my hands on while over there.
The other thing that surprised me was that all the comics there were in hardcover. -

"Mad scientist Dr. Grafficks came up with a way to give cartoon characters life to serve him in his nefarious endeavors. But some rebelled and escaped his clutches to become heroes."
Being a fan of several human-centric cartoons (i.e., Johnny Quest, Space Ghost, Herculoids, Thundarr the Barbarian, Jana of the Jungle, He-Man/She-Ra) I would like to create a not-exact-copy* and team up with similar characters.
Send me a PM if you are interested.
* CoX universe cartoon characters may not be exactly like the real world counterparts. -
Does going to the kitchen for another snack and/or drink refill count?
Why, it's a whole 18 steps, 18!, (yes, I did just go to the kitchen counting) to the refrigerator.
