"Mad scientist Dr. Grafficks came up with a way to give cartoon characters life to serve him in his nefarious endeavors. But some rebelled and escaped his clutches to become heroes."
Being a fan of several human-centric cartoons (i.e., Johnny Quest, Space Ghost, Herculoids, Thundarr the Barbarian, Jana of the Jungle, He-Man/She-Ra) I would like to create a not-exact-copy* and team up with similar characters.
