I wouldn't. Animated series on DVD bug me as it is with only 4 or 5 episodes per disc on average. I prefer having an entire season conveniently on one disc with minimal discernable loss of quality. Blu-Rays have even more storage space. The tiny improvements in quality in the comparison shots at the link you posted are worth less to me than the potential to have an entire series (or multiple series) stored on one disc as reasonably-sized .avi or .divx files.

Basically, I've been watching a 1990's Japanese cartoon called YuYu Hakusho on Blu-ray. And It looks quite good for being old. Comparison of the SD to HD. Not only that it takes me back to when I was teen and was watching it Toonami, nearly 10 years ago. I've also been looking at several screenshots of the new Dragonball Z Blu-rays compared to the DVDs, and those are looking good too.
If you could choose any cartoon or cartoons to get a HD remaster, which ones would you pick? I've heard a few times Batman TAS would be great, and I agree. I also think Superman TAS would be good. IIRC that show had a lot of bright colors, compared to Batman lol, so I think that would stand out quite well at 1080p.
