    I think Brutes and Scrappers are as perfectly balanced as you could get them. As theis argument has gone on for years :P

    The small disadvantages that a brute gets damage wise, are thrown out the window considering they get more HP, higher damage cap and higher res cap!

    They get more survivability so they can handle the mobs too get more fury.

    Now do i roll my FM/SD scrapper as a Brute Hmmmmm

    As stated there is no "best"

    Most people comment on the end game IO'd up toons, but it's not all about end game.

    I run a silly FM/SD build which is pretty nice, anything below level 45 missions etc are lame though and i'd hate too level it all the way 1-50.

    DM/SD is really overlooked, it levels well, and tbh it hasn't got as bad AOE if you choose fireball from the epic. Unlike FM/ DM/ can run Fireball without the need for exspensive IOs.

    BS/SD is fun, no doubt about it, with -res procs and some nice recharge. Granted it's damage is more resisted but with -res, procs and AAO it's really not as bad as people say. I swear those high damage attacks you get later in-game are a higher crit rate and do silly damage.

    Elec/SD is for farmers, It's nice but it just can't beat one of the others for general game play imo.

    Can't remember the best slotting for siphon life, but i'd build it something like that i think.

    The healing uniques used too get buffed by being slotted in healing powers etc, i thought this was a valid buff from the uniques. Seems it ain't an i've lost 10 hp a sec an like 0.50 end/sec but i will live. it ain't the end of the world.

    Looks like a rebuild is the only decent option.

    If you see where i'm coming from, having spent like 15b on it, it kinda sucks having too lower it's performance. It'll still be good, but good is never as awesome as it was.

    As i say not only will i loose defence but i'll loose regen and recov from how i've slotted the uniques, it's just abit anoying but i'll get over it.

    With FM having no secondry affect i'm limited too sets, compared too DM/ ELEC/ etc

    I think i'm either gunna have too rejig mine or roll a SS/SD brute or something. Which is pure hassle for not great advantages. Rage crashes for one.

    I love my FM/SD, but just like the Domi nerf i'm not gunna enjoy having too nerf myself too get it back too soft cap. I'm not crying about it Umbral, as i agree BoTZ was too powerful. But equally i'd like a new scrapper if that's ok with you?

    Along with the Numina nerf and other heal uniques i've been hit quite hard an it's jus gunna be a bummer. But again i'm not crying, as much as i enjoy the game i'm not fussed if the servers got shut down tomorrow.

    Basically my fm/sd gets hit hard by the BoTZ nerf so, i want the best possible scrapper from IO investment, any powers an cash limit.

    I was thinking

    something WP, DA, FA, ELA or regen maybe but i'm not fussed.

    I want something that is equally insane too how my FM/SD was.

    Absolutely no inf limit.

    Decent builds, I'm so gutted i never got my pvp io'd fm/sd/body in-game as it was damn insane.

    With the BoTZ nerf it means i'll have too drop a Glad strike set an make a few nerfs allround

    As much as fireball looks tasty, i can't get my head around just how end heavy it makes SD builds.

    Do you currently run one of those builds Fury?

    150% Global rech gets me GFS>Incin>fs Smooth as you like.

    Not at all liking some of the slotting in the build though tbh.

    My FM/SD final build is one IO from completion, i just need the Glad armour unique.

    Had a set of gladiator strike ready too go in, which can't now i need too slot Mako's and i'm gunna have 2 loose 2 slots from somewhere too get the AOE from Stamina.

    Total pain in the ****, especially as i 100% need the glad armour now. Atleast before my build worked without it.
