Not really, the heal aspect is crap but it works similar to the shifter +end procs. Only gives 7.5 in return though, not really needed on a willpower toon with two shifter procs. My other toons are just not active enough to warrant slotting this IO into them. Better sold and infamy used to IO one maybe two toons. I've got 5 level 50 villains I still need to IO, so worth it to sell off.

Yes, I'm clearly resentful because I can't have one, the fact that I can afford several notwithstanding.
It couldn't possibly be that I just think it's not a very good IO. It couldn't be that I think paying 2b for what amounts to something worse than a P.Shifter proc (which you can get for what, 20m?) is silly.
If pvp drops get fixed and the price of one of these drops to less than 30m, I might consider buying some.
In the meanwhile, I'll keep thinking that while it may be worth 2b to some people because they're willing to pay that much for one, it's certainly not worth that much to me.

Silas, your personal opinion is valid however I'm sure you're aware that people do purchase this IO for a gross amount of Infamy. I simply placed it on market for the value the playerbase has placed its worth.
Is it worth 2bil to you? Clearly no, I'm not asking you to buy this IO. I simply know how rare it is and decided it might move faster if I posted on the forums of its existance.
Would I pay 2bil for it? Maybe, if pvp was balanced and worth my time anymore. It's a moot point really, you won't buy it, someone will eventually. Doesn't hurt my market slots and the 100mil it costed for me to post is pocket change really
