I don't think there is a mechanism in the game for targeting a "dead" teammate. As for the rest, what Roderick said.

I fail to see this as a problem. Ill/Rad is not a mass enemy controller. It is a single target damage and debuff powerhouse. If a League tries to treat you as such, tell them to treat you like a blaster. That said, even before i got my T3 incarnate powers, I was doing enough damage to take care of the minions that spawn at a door by spamming PA, Spectral Terror and Fireball.

The Horror of War (45-50, 18 merits) can be done in under 30 min. Even though it has 5 AVs, it can be solo'd by many scrapper and tanker builds.

If you go to the Fateweaver and set yourself to -1/x8, the spawned mobs will be level 49, -2 to your effective level 51. -
I think the problem here is that they tacked on the higher tier Incarnate requirements to the Weekly Strike Target (WST), where most of the benefits are for sub-50 characters. Pushing lvl 50 characters to do level 20-25 content to get an Incarnate tier 3/4 recipe pieces doesn't make sense to me. The one drop per week per character limitation is already a built in grind/delay without including sub-50 level tedious content.

I am not saying that providing a weekly task force with it's other benefits isn't great for lower level characters. I agree that the additional benefits are kind of nice for leveling characters.
What I am trying to get across is that pushing lvl 50 characters to do level 20-25 content to get an Incarnate tier 3/4 recipe piece doesn't make sense to me. -

Is anyone else put off by the idea of using the Sister Psyche TF (lvl 25-30, and too low for Incarnate abilites) as a way to get a Notice of the Well Component (only used by Incarnate tier 3 and 4 recipes)? -
You are over cap on set bonus (2) from Luck of the Gambler. If you care, you could swap out the first two slots in Granite for the same pieces in Red Fortune. Your defense numbers remain the same.

30 minutes on the raised north/south expressway in Skyway City always works for me. Just keep running up and down that road (from split to split). You need to play wack-a-mole with all the groups that spawn there, but you should start seeing Clockwork Princes in short order if you are above the level range for the zone.

You are correct that recently the mob AI changed and they start to roam after a set period of time once they spawn. If you are attacking groups in "the world", you will have a harder time as it is difficult to be the one spawning new groups.
On missions this should be less of a problem, as you should be attacking groups almost as soon as they spawn (not giving them time to start spreading out). -
I disagree. You will have a solid single target chain (Shadow Punch > Midnight Grasp > Shadow Punch > Siphon Life), 2 heal forms in Hoarfrost and Siphon Life, 2 forms of End recover (Energy Absorption and Dark Consumption), an emergency protection in Hibernate, a to hit/damage boost in Soul Drain, and excellent agro inducement (Chilling Embrace and Icicles).

I hadn't realized that, good catch. After making the appropriate modifications to correct that in the database, Dark Blast is no longer so phenomenal :-). That said, it is still useful as a set mule and can help fill gaps in an attack chain.

Something I forgot to point out with my builds is that Dark Blast has both a higher dmg/s and dmg/e than Storm Kick (which is saying a lot in a MA build). I haven't worked out the numbers yet for the DPS.

And that is why we have collaborative forums, so others can point out errors when we make them. I missed that Dragon Tail was clicked clicked when I was looking at recharge totals.

Two comments about game performance impactors.
1) Audio components are just as big a problem causer as video. Even when it appears you are having a video problem, it may be caused by your audio set up. My advice is to make sure you have the latest audio drivers installed as well (yours were over a year out of date in your diag).
2) With video and audio drivers it is important to first uninstall your old driver, reboot, then install your new driver.
CoH is more sensitive than any other application/game I run. I recently had a BSOD problem whlie running the game (no other application caused it). All indicators were some sort of memory problem. Testing the onboard RAM showed it was good. I tried un-installing CoH and re-installing in case I had a corrupted .pigg file. Updating the video drivers didn't help either. Simply installing new audio drivers over the existing ones (for a Soundblaster card), didn't fix it. It wasn't until I un-installed the audio drivers and installed them fresh that my problems went away. -
Just what is the Stealth cap? Stealth is measured in feet, at least in MIDS. Cloaking Device and Superspeed both give you 35ft of stealth, and the Stealth IO is 30 more. Is 65ft of stealth enough for all situations? Is 100ft of stealth overkill?
