Looking for a good hunting ground for Gearsmasher.

It's been years since I thought about this one but another place you didn't mention that might be good is the north end of Boomtown if you just want to streetsweep for it. Good luck.

I got mine in Perez Park. There's this cabin at the south end that they seemed to love hanging out at.
I find hazard zones great for badge hunting, especially when you're after bosses. The spawns are generally larger than city zones and there's almost always bosses floating around.
if you want to 'run content' in pursuit of the badge both Posi TFs have plenty of clock bosses to stomp.

Colleen Saramago (level 15-19 contact) has a mission with a destructible object called 'Box of Parts'. It will spawn an infinite supply of Gears while someone is near it. Sadly, I do not think the mission is available through Ouroboros.

30 minutes on the raised north/south expressway in Skyway City always works for me. Just keep running up and down that road (from split to split). You need to play wack-a-mole with all the groups that spawn there, but you should start seeing Clockwork Princes in short order if you are above the level range for the zone.
I've been trying to get the gearsmasher badge on a toon that came out of Praetoria. Unfortunately, I've been hitting all the usual areas to find Clockwork (Kings Row, Steel, Skyway, etc.), but in my street sweeping I've had no luck having Princes spawn for me to get some gears. Any suggestions on how to find some good spots, or will I have to resort to exemping down in Ouro?
