How is this for a spines/inv build? His main use will be farming. lots and lots of it. Thanks. And I suck at names, so if anyone wants to throw out some suggestions, that would be great! Thanks in advance!

It depends if all your farming is s/l foes then its ok but against others it wont be as good. I'm not sure how end efficient your build is with a lot of attack using Oblits. Here is my
db/inv build by comparison. Less recharge but much higher defense.

I am talking about a spines/inv farmer. Not DB. And most of the farms I will use (AE, Council, BM, etc..) are all S/L.

This is what I use for a pretty cheap Spines/Inv/Pyre scrapper. Fireball is just too epic to pass up, don't worry about getting soft capped S/L defense with 1 foe in range. If you can hit 40 ish % with 4 or 5 foes in range you'll be more than set.

Basically BU Fireball Spine Burst, jump out throw spines then ripper/fire blast anything that is left. Keep 1 tray of inspirations just for burning through and you'll move through mobs nice and fast.
