  1. They are supposed to be rare, more rare than purples. Not everyone is supposed to have them. I have noticed I havent been getting any lately too but thats the way its supposed to be.

Threads like this are started every weak and constant whining about PvP IOs won't get us anywhere.
  2. I agree, this is how a system like this should/would look like IMO, but unfortunately i dont believe it will ever happen even if there was a balanced way to implement it.
  3. This seems like a pretty useless tank to me >.>

Rule of thumb; DR reduces most affects on you to about 40% of full strength. Especailly noticeable on regens when they only get about 50-60 hp/sec regen w/ IH on.

It is, just keep in mind that if you take PP at its earliest, lvl 44, that you won't receive a buff from the miracle proc if you exemp below lvl 39.

It's better in the long run to just keep it in stamina but if you don't ever plan on exemping its more affective in PP.
  6. My Thug/Dark has no attacks of her own and they are not needed especially in l8tr lvls. You may want to pick one up for lower lvls but spec out of it at higher lvls.

I personally have Super jump on mine and it works very well.

Leadership is not needed but i definately reccomend tactics and assault to stack with your Enforcers Leadership buffs. start pickin them up in your 30s and early 40s if you cant get them sooner.

Lastly Dark has great control. Slow from tarpatch, Fearsome stare is up for nearly every mob and hits damn near everything, and Howling twilight is a great AoE control power; use it even if there is nobody to rez for extra control. Fluffy is also the best pet ever, his Darkest Night Stacks beautifully with yours and if you can get him in melee range the mobs are doomed as they won't be able to hit anything and you won't have to worry bout your suicidal Arson, plus unslotted his heal is better than yours and has a wider AoE.
  7. If you have proof it isn't I would happily buy them >_>

Just sayin, it could be WAI, but you can't prove it either way.
  8. I believe that, from my experience at least, your reputation has something to do with your drop formula. I have been sitting on a two month dry spell on my scrap at 400 rep and never a pvp drop. I get on my MM for one day howerever and 2 drops after 2 hours about of pvp'ing. Can anyone corroborate this?
  9. I also experienced this problem, after useing ctrl, alt, delete and clicking end task i receive a "program not responding, end now?" message and when i click end now..... it doesnt end now so I am forced to restart the computer to make it end the program unless I'm just doing something stupid and messing up my computer

    just sayin.

But to be on topic I would agree that we need nwe fresh designs not CoT Copies.
  11. No its not an accurate measurement of the cost, its grosly underestimated, but its kinda hard to keep up with the rapid change of prices. Also i would reccomend you keeping parry it will get you soft cap in just 3 hits if you slot correctly and weapon pool is good but i would get rid of targetting drone for Parry

    My 2 inf.

Also you really need to slot Health and Fast healin they are the backbone of your survival. Reconstruction should also be slotted with Doc wounds set as well as IH. You can keep the Numina in IH if you want but just take the unique out of it and throw it in health so it will be active all the time.
  12. Ok, I'm not really sure where to start with your build, but you took the fitness pool way to late and you never picked up MoG wich is a huge mistake. It's a get out of jail free card and you can usually have a heal up b4 it wears off if you slot right. Here is what my build looks like, I built for Regen and Recharge wich has worked out very well for me. Its got some purples in it but if your on a budget just switch them out with what you can afford.

Note: This is a Warburg build, wich is the reason for the crappy powers/IO mules in the 41+ range.

  13. I'm pretty sure when exemplaring, it doesnt matter what power it is in, it matters what lvl the IO is.

But I could be wrong. That is just how I thought it worked
  14. They are both right, depending on where you wanted to pvp, you picked the best powers way to late and your slotting was atrocious to say the least. Here is my build that I currently use for pvp, and although it doesn’t use as much defense such as Umbral’s build, I used a lot of recharge and regeneration and it works very effectively.

Note: In i16 pvp you will be able to have your lvl 41 power in WB, and the other zones will also allow you to have some of your higher level powers, use that to your advantage in your build.

  15. Yeah, I heard about the announcements and let the updater download the patches while i did 10 minutes of homework. Was excited to be finished, but all the more crushed to find the servers are down.
  16. Why all the sudden when i get to log on is the test server down =*(
  17. Does this mean its Open Beta time? =D

Edit: Yep, just found the memo on the updater!

If it belongs to "Team Pokemasters" then start up an event, otherwise the OP is just trying to get a group of people who are interested in arena pvp gathered to fight, he doesnt need your permission for that.
  19. While building for defense is good and all, it sucks horribly in pvp because of DR. Rule of thumb, everything is at about 40% power with DR, MIDs isnt showing it but thats not how much defense you will have in zone and a good luck wont help much.

The defense is at a level that it will improve your surviveability tremendously, but your not going to ever achieve soft cap with just setbonuses.

Only thing i can see wrong with your build is that your slots in IH are pathetic. IH is a life saver when you get ganked and when your dueling, slot it well, and love it forever
  20. The Supremacy description wasnt quite specific enough, they must be on Follow and defensive. So just click the, I think its blue if i remember right, defensive macro and run in with your debuffs/whatever, let the mobs attack you, and when your pets recieve the shared damage that will aggro them and they will go crazy and kill everyone. Actually, even if they miss, it will still aggro your pets and they will attack.
  21. Well this is the devs attempt to fix permadoms and other mezzers that could easily become OPd in pvp like fortunatas. The problem is they did to well and now mezzes are total jokes in pvp they are minor nuisances at best but can be deadly when combined with knockback.
  22. You should post this in the guides section and ask a Mod to sticky it.

    pvp server

I would also love to see a PvP server made but i think it would be best to make PvP zones Cross Server rather than a stand alone server. Secondly, just because "Other MMOs have done it...." isnt a good enough reason for us to do it. Just because WoW ups the lvl cap every Major expansion for the players to have a new endgame, doesnt mean we should.

Actually, I dont think it would be as hard as you think actually BaBs said during the 5yr Anniversary event when they unleashed all the monsters he turned on Diminishing Returns in all the zones. Now I won't pretend to know how programming for this game works, but if I could take a educated guess, He made it sound like turning on DR in non pvp zones was as easy as flipping a switch so i assume pvp wouldnt be all that much harder.

Yes, that is correct. A good way to do this that is better overall for you build is to just slot recharge. If your heals come up faster its the same as haveing a little more regen, plus it makes your attacks come up faster!
