+regen of the uniques.
These uniques have a fixed amount of regeneration, which increases with heal slotting in the power they're slotted in (i.e., regen tissue gives 25% regen, slotted in a power with 95% heal enhancement it'll give 25 * 1.95 = 48.75% regen). A passive or toggle that is always on with 90-95% heal enhancement is the ideal choice.
I saw some posts lately with people saying to switch the numina and the regen tissue uniques from one power to another but I didn't see any logic on that. |
So if I have all my passives on 95% heal enhancement it doesn't matter? Because I sloted fast healing, health and physical perfection with 4 numinas each (for the bonus healing, regen and +hp). All 3 powers have 97.49% heal enhancement, in this case doesn't matter where I put the uniques then?

You're correct, in your situation it doesn't matter where you put them. I'd suggest putting them in the power you get first (so, Fast Healing), this way you'll retain the bonuses while exemplaring all the way down.
I'm pretty sure when exemplaring, it doesnt matter what power it is in, it matters what lvl the IO is.
But I could be wrong. That is just how I thought it worked
I believe the regen uniques work at any level regardless of their level, but I could be wrong as well. Exemplaring is rather confusing, with IOs.
Just so there's no confusion, the Numina and Regen Tissue unique IOs operate as procs. It's a 100% chance to activate, but it's a proc nonetheless. That means that the level of the IO is not important when exemplaring down, but the power it is slotted in does.
For example, one gets Fast Healing at level 1 but delays Health until level 47. If the procs/uniques were in Health, then when the scrapper is exemplared between level 47, he loses the benefits of the IO, regardless if they were of lower level or not. If the procs/uniques were slotted in Fast Healing, then the scrapper would benefit all the way down to level 1, or whatever level you get Fast Healing in any other case.
Set bonuses still operate as per levels of the IO.
i get higher regen values out of them when sloted in the more potent power... such as if i slot FH and Health both with 3 lvl 50 heal IO's and then add a forth slot to each and try the +regen tissue in one then the other, my regen total comes out considerablly higher when it's sloted in FH as opposed to Health
When you slotted up FH with the unique, did Health still have the regular healing enhancements, Morbid?
nothing else changed, just simply moveing that one Regenerative Tissue +Regen (unique) from Health (when sloted in health, total standard regen = 759%) over to Fast Healing (when sloted in fast healing, total standard regen = 763%)
I saw some posts lately with people saying to switch the numina and the regen tissue uniques from one power to another but I didn't see any logic on that.
Isn't the uniques with a pre defined amount of +regen or they increase the power's regeneration? If so... which is the best power to put a regen tissue and a numina on a /regen scrapper?
