Ok, I'm not really sure where to start with your build, but you took the fitness pool way to late and you never picked up MoG wich is a huge mistake. It's a get out of jail free card and you can usually have a heal up b4 it wears off if you slot right. Here is what my build looks like, I built for Regen and Recharge wich has worked out very well for me. Its got some purples in it but if your on a budget just switch them out with what you can afford.
Note: This is a Warburg build, wich is the reason for the crappy powers/IO mules in the 41+ range.

So I amended my build and it looks something like this. I got rid of Parry to get MoG (Not sure if that was a good idea but w/e), but I kept the 2 powers from the epic pool Weapon Mastery. I figure that Web Grenade will help me take down flying foes (When I'm not using Air Superiority) and keep them in place so I can dish out some major damage .
Targeting Drone will pretty much just allow me to hit more often. Oh yeah and if Targeting Drone or Web Grenade suck, a heads up would be very much appreciated. If Weapon Mastery sucks then I would probably get Body Mastery, but that is only if Weapon Mastery isn't good. Again thanks for the posts everyone.
Oh yeah another question I have is, Is the recipe viewer option of Mid's reliable, it says the enhancements will cost about 37mil, but I am almost 100% sure that I'll be spending roughly 500mil on this build.

No its not an accurate measurement of the cost, its grosly underestimated, but its kinda hard to keep up with the rapid change of prices. Also i would reccomend you keeping parry it will get you soft cap in just 3 hits if you slot correctly and weapon pool is good but i would get rid of targetting drone for Parry

Also you really need to slot Health and Fast healin they are the backbone of your survival. Reconstruction should also be slotted with Doc wounds set as well as IH. You can keep the Numina in IH if you want but just take the unique out of it and throw it in health so it will be active all the time.
Hmm... well I'm starting to feel kind of confused. I thought Defense sucked and Resistance was much better. I also had no idea that Health and Fast healing would actually save me from anything. Ok I guess this is the last time Im posting my build. I've tried to incorporate all the advice given to me so here it is. ONE LAST CRITIQUE!!!
