Sonic seems like a weak power, though this is probably due to my defender-like attack power and makes it very difficult to solo even the weakest of foes.
[/ QUOTE ]Man, how wrong can you be... You're calling arguably the best Defender/Corruptor blast set weak? You do realise how ridiculously powerful the stacking -res is, don't you?
And difficult to solo? Did you actually take the awesome cone Sleep power?
/e baffled
As for myself? Anything without mez protection. -
...mobs spawn as 50-51 for me on both.
-
Oh yes, you can change difficult, even add Challenges to Task Forces.
They so need to make a "Master of Positron's Task Force" badge. -
You kinda just re-wrote Doctor Bolt's suggestion a page or two back, didn't you?
-
It does say "resistant", not "immune". Try looking up [Hover] and [Quicksand] and compare numbers.
-
I've heard a lot of bad things about AoE Hold powers... except the reason. Why are they so seemingly unpopular?
I just picked up Cinders on my Fire/Fire Dominator. Aside from missing like crazy because I'm on DOs and it has 0.8 base accuracy, it seems just fine. Quick activation time, and I can use Combustion in safety after using it.
Is there something I'm missing and should I respec out of it? -
Wouldn't a Thermal make a more attractive healer, since it has... more heals?
And if you're going for group support then the only primary you'd ever need is Sonic Attack. -
((Someone post one of those IC RSVPs already so I'd have an example to go by. :b))
-
One-handed or unarmed melee sets only. Including Stone Melee with specially made one-handed Mallet animations, when used with Shields.
-
You all will change your mind the moment you get knockbacked onto a railing and watch your character start flailing like a moron without being able to get back up. Or slowwwwly roll off the edge of a ledge while mobs pound on you. Heh.
-
Date looks fine, time looks fine. Will be there.
-
What they're SUPPOSED to do is have a chance to proc on each enemy hit by it.
Sadly they're bugged and replace the jump chance percentage with the proc chance percentage for some reason, leaving you with only some 20% chance to jump, depending on which proc you used. -
They don't stack from the same user. However, they stack from different entities in the sense that a Mercs/Traps MM, for example, could slot it into its pets, each of whom is a seperate entity that can proc it with their rifle attacks, and in Acid Mortar, which is also a seperate entity. All of these summons can stack the Achilles Heel proc with each other, and with the MM if he/she (for some bizarre reason) chose to take his or her AR attacks and slotted the IO in there.
Short summary: If you can slot this into pets, it'll stack with your own procs. But it won't stack from different powers of your own.
It could be a good idea to slot it in several powers, though, to keep it up as often as possible. I have it in 3 attacks on my Crab Spider, one of which is an extremely wide cone attack... -

nah not chaster or sometihng like that go for wardens
[/ QUOTE ]You can already make any of the Warden types. -
Keeping Push Back at Extreme damage would allow Scrappers to technically chain two Headsplitters one after another. I'm not sure that'd be a good idea.
-

The push back power that the mobs have is a bit high magnatude KB, could be a real nuscence for players.
[/ QUOTE ]That's odd. Detailed Info when clicking the power link in-game shows it at 0.67 mag Knockback, which would count as Knockdown. -
((Hmm. Now how the heck does a power-armor using Tech villain follow the dress code without feeling defenseless in a room full of other villains? <.<
)
-
Hot stuff. The heels seem mighty impractical for warfare though.
-
Might help against -res debuffs, and villains DO fight a lot of Longbow.
I have 1 Res in my Power Surge so I can (almost, missing 3%) cap my Negative resistance. If I were nuts enough to get 5 full purple sets for the 25% toxic resistance I could cap that, too. Remember, /Elec Brutes have a toxic allergy. -
3) [Push Back] with a proper tooltip and more realistic damage.
-
It can't affect minions, it can only affect underlings. As far as I know.
-
Brutes are better than both Scrappers and Tankers in a good team because they scale insanely well with buffs. Their resistance caps and HP cap are the same as Tankers, and they have the highest damage buff cap in the game.
They might suck in PvP but they're GODS in PvE. But melolee sucks in PvP in general. Roll something ranged.
