Damage procs in Chain Induction (elec melee)
Apparantly they work, but they are bugged and stop the lightning jumping or something.
What they're SUPPOSED to do is have a chance to proc on each enemy hit by it.
Sadly they're bugged and replace the jump chance percentage with the proc chance percentage for some reason, leaving you with only some 20% chance to jump, depending on which proc you used.
Ugh, so it's better not to slot any sort of proc in it at all then. Okay, thanks.

Sorry to re-raise this but having lots of fun with CI in the Zombie raids. I've seen 8 chain shocks so far and am hoping for more soon!

Anyone know how damage procs such as chance for fire/lethal etc work in this power? Is it just the initial strike, or is it wherever the lightning jumps, there's a chance?
