Might help against -res debuffs, and villains DO fight a lot of Longbow.
I have 1 Res in my Power Surge so I can (almost, missing 3%) cap my Negative resistance. If I were nuts enough to get 5 full purple sets for the 25% toxic resistance I could cap that, too. Remember, /Elec Brutes have a toxic allergy.
Would it make any difference to improve resistance above its cap?
More specifically I'm interested whether it would make any sense to slot Power Surge with Res while I can hit the cap without slots with my other armor toggles on.
