AHHHHH this sucks, just barely a months notice isn't enough for everyone I think. I attended both HeroCons and the meet and greet and those gave alot more notice. Not only that but you guys aren't saying if there is even a fee. I hate to say doesn't look like I'll be attending this year, whichs sucks cause I love going to them and meeting new people.

Thanks! I realize it wasn't from the beginning of my subscription just when they announced we started getting them. I just wasn't sure of how many we should have gotten. Thanks again.

OK I have a question that I really can't remember. Being a almost 6 year vet I was paying when they announced we would start earning points some months back. Now my problem is I don't remember how far back that was but when we got the Headstart for VIP's I only had 1200 points, that doesn't seem right to me and i was wondering is that how much we should have had or did I get shorted?

So I thought Posi and Zwil said they weren't gonna nickel and dime us and so far there is what 2 new costumes sets that we have the option to buy. So does that mean from now on guys that we don't get any more new custom? Or are you gonna make us buy all the costumes now? OK so we get 400 points a month, but I was kinda under the impression as a VIP i was gonna get alot more out of being a VIP member. Kinda disappointed!

It's important to us that your in game experience isn't going to be hugely impacted on a performance level when we open the doors to returning and free players, and as such we are making the necessary investments, such as hardware upgrades, to do everything within our power to ensure as much.

Ahh, don't worry ZWILL, you gotta do what you gotta do. If you made it white they would complain its not black. If it was black, they would complain it was not white. Overall we know your improving the game and that is what makes us happy. Previously working in the customer service side their was once a stat saying someing like out of the 100% of complaints you here is usually just like 20% of all your customers. The other 80% are usally just fine, or something like that. -

We realise downtime happens and why, we're just a tad sick of the amount of it that's happened during our prime time lately. But by all means, continue to be a ***** about it.
If you realize down time happens then why complain. Since they are located in California and they are accessing it at 1AM (NOT exactly they time there work hour is). I don't care if there taking it down during my play time, which they are, it has to be done but as much complaining as EVERYBODY is doing doesn't make it any better, and if i want to be a **** about it I can. Just as much as everybody else is complaining about it. Just so tired of the devs getting **** on, i personally have talked to several of them and compared to other games there doing pretty dam good, they sure in hell are treating us better then CRYPTIC did. So thats my 2 cents im done with this. -

Lets not do any server maintenance ever to interrupt anyone's game time and when the servers break really hard we can have no game for weeks, ya that's better. You all are so right!!!! -

OMG!!!! seriously people your complaining cause there trying to make the game better. You sound like a bunch of old hens. Shut up! deal with it and down the road when your playing for hours upon hours straight remember when they took the time to make things right by doing maintenance on the servers. Do you think they are doing this on purpose to screw up your game time for the hell of it? Come on, get over it already, enjoy when you are playing and when your not . . . play XBOX.
I get so tired when people complain about the devs fixing crap, they are doing the best they can and if you don't like it go work at PARAGON STUDIOS and start making it right. DAM!!! -

I remember before the launcher you could create a new folder for downloading the test server and just copy over the live server to speed up the download. Then when you went into the test server it would just download a few files and it cut the download time to next to nothing. Is there a similar process with the new NCSoft launcher? and if so how?

I was going through my Android market and saw a app for.........WOW (sorry almost threw up there) and was wondering hey wouldn't it be nice for a COH app. Now in no way do I claim to know anything about app building but wouldn't it be cool to have an app that I can view my toons on my servers. See what level they are or what powers they have. I think that would be pretty cool. Just my thought, what do you think?

OK so I was watching the Twitter sight and thought hell there is no chance, I am at work, I got 2 windows open, one for my nc account the other for the twitter site. I can do this!
Well nope I noticed the posting to late and missed it. So day goes on and I am at my desk bored and get up to stretch my legs. I come back and click onto my facebook and just as i do that the post for facebook pops up from CITY OF HEROES as "posted 1 SEC ago". I freak!
Log back into my nc account and applied my account and friggin jumped in my seat when it said "CODE APPLIED" my coworkers were looking at me going WHAT THE HELL. I cant believe i won a code I am so friggin excited.. WHEW!!!! -
I think the general thought here from every one is thank you for keeping us up to date. Even if it isn't keeping us exactly what is wrong it's nice to get some news on what's happening. Understandable that there are some things that just can't be said or talked about but just giving us a tid bit of information to keep our whistles wet is great. I would gladly wait for a polished version of something in a couple of weeks then a broken version now. You guys are doing a great job, keep it up.

Some of these really look exciting. I am sure many will enjoy, however there will be many out there that will complain as usual but what can you do.

Given they've just introduced something where you "Must" have a costume to get the tip, and there's a bug keeping people from getting costumes...
Maybe I am misunderstanding you but actually this has nothing to do with tips but rather has to do with inherent powers that are already implemented in the game. This would work like the "Sands of Mu" power and works exactly like the convention costume codes that were already given to those who attended the numerous comic cons or hero cons of past. -
You know the other day me and my team were talking and came up with a great idea for some vet rewards, a couple actually. Since many could not attend the Hero-Con of past and could not go to all the Meet-an-Greets all over the U.S now, that this vet reward would be a great idea. How about a vet reward giving you the option to choose one of the costume codes given at those events. Of course this would be spread over time and not back to back rewards but I hope you get the idea.
So the vet reward would be a choice of choosing ONE of the following. . . . . . . . .
Freakshow Boss Costume
PPD Hardsuit Costume
Carnival Harlequin Costume
Then another vet reward would be choosing ONE of the following. . . . . . . .
Ring Mistress Costume
Knives of Artemis Costume
Praetorian Clockwork Costume
And another vet reward would be choosing ONE of the following. . . . . . . .
Ghoul Costume
Rikti Mentalist
Meat Doc Costume
I think this would be a great reward for many of those who couldn't attend any of these events and really can't afford to pay the eBay price when some one sells them. Then of course down the road from this they could also do another vet reward (like the 54 month Allegiant Badge) where you can choose a costume from previous costume code not chosen.
I really think this is a great idea and a nice way of rewarding the vets who have been loyal all this time but just can't find the way of getting to the events.
I really hope a red name see's this cause I think its a pretty good idea.

Last year we had started a "green lanternish' sg called the PULSARS. We were all Energy Blast/Force Field defenders. LOL. Talk about damage and defense. Had a team of at least 6 of us and we were back to back nuking mobs and dealing damage like crazy. It was damm fun! -
